I understand McDonald’s food has been going up substantially these last couple years. But I got charged 3.50 for a ice cream sundae The tiniest amount of ice cream for that price I could go buy a gallon or half gallon depending on brand.
McDonald’s please stop ripping off customers.

I ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich meal and what I received was a dry slightly overcooked chicken filet and a drop of sauce directly in the middle and no where else. I understand they were busy but the meal itself is ten dollars and some change.

The steak egg and cheese bagels were literally 75% gristle on 9/12/2025. They were absolutely disgusting and we will never stop at this company’s restaurants again. With that quality, their exec team should be fired immediately. We used to love those sandwiches. Now, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. It was absolutely pathetic to try to pass that off as food AND THEY WERE $7 A PIECE.

I had gotten a drink from the gas station prior to going to McDonald’s, I decided to refill my cup which I thought would’ve been fine since I’ve done it before at this exact restaurant. This employee immediately questioned me asking if I was going to pay for it which threw me off since the managers have never asked me to pay before. I told her yes I would since I didn’t know it would’ve been a problem. She continued to watch my every move and glaring at me making me completely uncomfortable, that’s when I decided I didn’t want it anymore so I dumped the drink out. I understand that they have rules and I would’ve definitely payed for the drink if she wouldn’t have made me so uncomfortable. Me and my friend decided not to eat here because of her.

Drive through was slow and had most customers parking in the pickup spots. They gave us the wrong number. We did get the right food. It was warm but not hot.

The employees try very hard to make sure you get the right order. I did notice that the spots for the cars to wait for food are constantly filled with people ignoring the numbered signs directly in their field of vision!

I used the mobile app to order breakfast as we were checking out of the hotel. Got confirmation that the order was received and they were making the order. Nothing said we needed to be there by 10:30, we got there at 10:33 only to find out they canceled the order. The first person at the drive-through said it was canceled, and we’d get our money back the next day. I decided to go in and ask for the manager. Went through 3 employees before I got the general manager, and she said the SYSTEM wouldn’t allow them to place the order.
Either way, this McDonald’s doesn’t cater to the customer.
The only positive was that she was the person who told me to cancel the order so that I could get my money back.
Fix your system and train your employees to be more customer focused!
