Everything we ordered was a pick 3 variety LOVE the girl dinner vibes!! The new southwest queso was really good. Try it on the southwest egg rolls the new mac n cheese was awesome as well. Great food & great service. Minus points for atmosphere because those table lights hanging down right in my face like an interrogation room just ain’t it. Also we sat right by the kitchen so lots of hustle & bustle, understandably… next time we’ll just sit in the bar

Food was horrendous ! Sauces were watered down , there was a bug in my soda ice cube, food was very salty , half my food looked and tasted burnt. Food looked very unappetizing and very over priced . Wasn’t happy for the amount I had to pay for the quality of food I received . I mean just terrible ! Took one bite of each and just couldnt finish the rest.

We were seated right away, which was surprising for 5 pm on a Friday, so we were happy.

We had a to-go order and it was a great experience! Even on a busy Saturday night our food was ready in 30 minutes. Food was hot and delicious and they packed it really well. We were surprised we got a whole huge bag of chips for the chips and salsa. Great value too!

We visited on 02/08/26, 2:12 pm and our server, a man in his late 50s, was very RUDE. He got our order wrong and insisted, “No, that’s what you ordered” with a RUDE and ARROGANT tone, before walking away and leaving the food runner alone. The food runner told us there was nothing she could do since she was just the food runner. My husband ordered ribs with sausage and mac and cheese, but we received ribs, mac and cheese, and French fries. The server’s tone was rude and arrogant. The table behind us also had an order mistake, which he happily fixed, but he gave us a bad and arrogant attitude. We often visit this location and the servers are great but he was not friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at Chilis on East State Street in Rockford, thanks to our fantastic server Gong. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our visit. My husband, mom, and I all appreciated his warm and efficient service. The food was great, and his cheerful attitude really made our outing special. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit he truly goes above and beyond!

I’ve always been a fan of the place, and I’ll be honest I’m leaving this review while still sitting here.. the service is better than most fine dining restaurants I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in the doors were opened for me and my family, accommodated seating immediately (while super busy being outside a target during Christmas time) ordering drinks and apps and the food running crushed the timing with a smile, Chelsea is checking in a timely manner without us being rushed and has been more than accommodating for me and my family. 10/10 best chilis in American when it comes to service.

Our server was Megan and she was amazing! Very kind, helpful, and was very quick! She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Honestly she made our experience at Chili’s great and I would definitely go again! The food was great too. Megan was the cherry on top!
