I don’t know what’s happened to McDonald’s, but it feels like the food and service have both clocked out permanently. My fries were cold, limp, and tasted like they’d been sitting since breakfast. The burger looked like it lost a fight with the microwave, and the “fresh” lettuce was about as crisp as wet paper. The milkshake machine? Shockingly, “broken” again. NEVER COME HERE FOR THE SALE OF YOURSELF!

PATHETIC McDonald’s MANAGER, the blond guy who works night shifts needs to get fired, he looked at me straight in the eyes, said have a nice day and gave me three cookies instead of the apple pie that I ordered didn’t even tell me, and then rushes away so i cant ask for the pie about 2 to 3 months ago my dad called and cussed him out because he literally cheaped out on the McDonald’s ice cream for the McFlurry and literally gave us like a half full cup I have worked at the McDonald’s by Highway 31 for about a year and a half and I have never met a McDonald’s manager so pathetic in my life he needs to get fired immediately and get someone in there who actually cares about the customers, as a 17 year-old kid i have never written a review but this got me so angry.

The staff is really nice, especially the one with a long braid. She’s always smiley and helpful. I saw the kiosks confusing lots of people and have helped them a few times cuz my daughter has used them quite often. I feel bad for the staff to deal with their bad day due to the kiosk. Hope McDonald can fix it to be more intuitive soon.

Definitely don’t recommend. This place was horrid! Sure, it’s McDonald’s, but service was subpar. I waited in the drive through for my mobile order, as someone told me to wait a minute, which turned into 5 minutes. 3 cars in the stall next to me were tended to as I was sitting there. Went inside and it was even worse. No one at the counter, probably waited 10 minutes when I finally talked to someone. They gave me my receipt and proceeded to hand me the wrong order. Luckily I checked before I left. I went back to the counter, probably waited another 5 minutes and they swapped the wrong order for the correct one. Wait time was ridiculous considering there was no one in the drive through!

We use to go all time however this last time we went through, and we said no biscuit because she has celiacs. Opens up the container and they just took the meat, cheese, and egg off the biscuit…. She couldn’t eat it. Please be careful we understand the possibility of cross contamination, but people have allergies.

Everytime we go here there is always multiple things wrong with our order. I have called to bring this to their attention so maybe it would get better but it has only gotten worse! I told the person at the drive thru my order and had to say three different times that I wanted ranch with the nuggets and there was none in the bag. I had already knew that was going to be the case and asked the person who handed me the food. I also asked for a cheeseburger ketchup only and there was everything on it. I understand orders get messed up but this is every time we go multiple things are wrong.
