My Chicken Biscuit and hash browns were tasty. Store clean. Elected to eat inside rather than drive thru. Appreciated the hand wipe and mint offer.

Very good customer service with the owner regularly onsite and making sure staff is 100% customer friendly. We have business networking meetings here on the third Thursday of every month and we order 20 to 30 breakfast items, and everything comes out timely and accurate.

There’s kids running this location for one that aren’t trained properly. The lines are constantly backed up. Orders are being given to anyone because nobody is using their free will to simply read. Please put some effort into reading who’s order is what instead of walking up to random peoples cars repeatedly.

I didn’t even know this chick-fil-A was here. Huge parking lot, double drive thru. Fast, friendly service. Food was hot and good. The fries were hot and salted . They were some of the best I’ve had in a while from Chick-fil-A.

I ordered a Cookies and Cream Shake; No whip & no cherry. Why did Benjamin give me a Cookies and Cream shake WITH the cherry, and removed the crumbles? Baby, that’s a vanilla shake. How much sense does that make?

Went through their drive through which was efficient as ever! Same delicious food. Cannot beat their chicken strips. We tried/compared them to Wendy’s new chicken strips and Chick-fil-A takes the prize!!!

Ordered via mobile app for breakfast at 10:15 am drove to location and scanned mobile drive thru. My order was canceled because I hadn’t scanned in by 10:30 am. It was 10:35 when I scanned in the drive thru. So, I bite the bullet and order lunch instead. Ask for a brownie and they give me a cookie instead, smh. I’m not even going to call and complain. I just won’t be back to this location. The charge for breakfast is still pending in my account, but maybe that will drop off.

The service was fine as always, as I went through the drive-thru to place my order. They had me pull up to the curb to wait for my food, which is not an issue. However, my kale salad was more cabbage than kale. In addition, my chicken soup had great flavor but very little chicken or noodles, so neither item met my expectation. Everyone has an off day. Today, they were off.

I stopped by & went to drive thru for breakfast yesterday. Customer service was fine. I wanted fries instead of hash browns and was informed there would be a wait (No problem, I expected this). I only briefly checked to ensure my sauce was in the bag. When I got to my destination & opened my bag I noticed that there were used napkins sitting on my fries. It was like someone wiped their mouth b4 adding it to the bag because there was pinkish/red glitter lip stick, pieces of food & grease on crumbled napkins. I called to inform, the lady apologized profusely & asked me was the food ok. I informed her I didn’t & wasn’t going to eat it as it clearly was on the food, so I Trashed it. She asked me to return. I informed her I couldn’t come before 10:30 AM when breakfast is over. She asked about me coming the next day & said that it can be remade. I agreed. She verified my order in system & said she would have my name in system. Well I just came back this morning as planned, & the manager on site begins telling me the policy as if I’m the employee needing to be reprimanded & not the customer that was inconvenienced by their unsanitary behavior! She said I was supposed to bring the food back same day & that she’ll make it “this time” putting the emphasis on it like she’s being inconvenienced by accommodating my dissatisfaction with yesterdays outcome. I wasn’t combative because I don’t play with ppl handling my food, & pulled up to wait for order, but respectfully, the lipstick looks like it could have been yours ma’am! No other location has ever not had my name in system if needed, nor told me I had to be back the same day with the food in hand if my order was incorrect. It’s always the audacity for me!

I don’t spend my money at restaurants that allow their employees to refuse to serve based on appearance and someone’s perceived sexual preferences (being gay) – not because I was rude or impolite. The disrespect I encountered when I visied here was totally unnecessary. Obviously this location doesn’t need me or my money and I wil gladly not give it. People dont want to be discriminated against, but they will discriminate. #boycottingRefusalToServe
