Review for McDonald’s Manager (the gentleman in the blue shirt):
As a female truck driver, I go through a lot on the road — long hours, unpredictable stops, and not always the warmest welcomes. But tonight, at this McDonald’s opposite love at south Hutchinson Love’s, I was truly moved.
The manager in the blue shirt went above and beyond. He showed genuine respect, kindness, and humanity — he said, “We respect you guys. We honor you. You can have a seat and eat; don’t worry if the indoor section is closed.” That simple act of care meant so much.
I was overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you for seeing us — the drivers who keep things moving — and for treating us with dignity. This kind of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized.
If I could, I’d personally recommend a raise for this manager and his entire team. They were kind, patient, and understanding, especially late at night when options are few for us truckers.
From now on, this will always be my favorite McDonald’s stop.
Thank you again — from the bottom of my heart.

Major shout out to McDonald’s in Kansas you guys are truly setting the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer service and being open and convenient hours, our family greatly appreciate you being open at 3:45 AM. We were really hungry and you were conveniently located next to the gas station. We really wanted breakfast but couldn’t wait 20 more minutes for it. We thank you all the same for your service for being open at the time and conveniently attached to the gas station.

Normally i love this mcdonalds but the last couple times i have ordered food from pickup they almost always forget something this last time i used the pickup option i ordered two of the mcdouble value meals and a happy meal my sons meal was correct but on the value meals they forgot the nuggets and they put hamburgers with no onions in instead of our mcdoubles im very disapointed on how the staff is here lately normally when the manager with the blue shirt is in everything is always correct but when hes not its always something wrong and i live 15 mins away and didnt have time to check till i got home

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Apparently there’s only one person working who knows how to fill orders and she showed up 25 minutes after I put mine in. Employees were nice but no idea how to keep the food moving out.

I ordered on the app, I drove into an EMPTY drive thru, was asked to pull off and I waited in a parking spot for 25 minutes. Got our food home and my burger was raw inside. We don’t ever do fast food and this is why, yuck.

It was fine it was the right temperature the meat and fries were hot the staff was getting confused on which order was going out the drive thru lady was preparing the drinks and some other lady began to hand out the wrong food it was good that’s what I was talking about earlier it was hot fries and a quarter pounder

Terrible service. the guy at the window literally looked at the stalls to see if there were any open and when he realized there were none open he sent us to an unmarked stall. Only to keep pushing people through the line. Like how hard is it for some one to make mcnuggets and 2 snack wraps.

Went through at breakfast time. The lady at the order speaker answered quickly and was very friendly, said “thank you” and “you’re welcome”, which seems to be lacking at the other locations. We pulled up and got our food out in about 2 minutes. The lady at this window was also A+ customer service. The food was all very hot and fresh, and not made all sloppy. I will definitely be visiting this location more!
