Today was one of the worst experiences I have had at this location. Their was a lady in regular clothes behind the drive thru I thought it was just a random person until I seen she was working on the speaker, so I ordered my food like normal and I always bring my dogs for car rides and get them pup cups and have FOR YEARS. I finish my order and that lady said you ordered what? With an attitude look on her face. I repeated my order she said ugh no you can’t have it that’s not a thing, I said yes it is I come every week and get some I get charged 0.50 cents for whipped cream and it’s NEVER been an issue. She said well that’s not gonna happen that should not be happening. I said so I can’t pick up what I literally drove over here for just because you’ve never heard of it? She said yeah that’s not a thing. I said that’s ridiculous go look at the register it’s a thing she said oh don’t worry I will handle it. Low and be hold it is a thing on the register charged me 0.50 said do not come back to this location asking for that and didn’t even put 1 full squeeze of whip cream in both cups. They didn’t even fill the bottom at all, not only is it rude to me as a PAYING customer it’s rude to my dogs.
I found out her name is Alexa and she is a DM, and if that’s the case she needs to learn to dress accordingly and to act like a manager and treat customers with respect. I’ve never had anyone at mc donalds raise their voice at me or make me feel so disrespected. I don’t know who hires people like this but they need to reevaluate is this what you want representing your brand and your customer service? I will probably never go back to this location.

I’ve gone to this location on multiple occasions, every other visit, I’ve been given bags stuffed over the top and twice they exploded all over my floor board, I’ve addressed this to Alejandra the manager and it just seems like the problem isn’t fixed.. it’s not that difficult to utilize multiple bags, even on the bottom of the bag there is an illustration of how the bag should be packed.. now today, around 12:30 PM, I saw drive thru line was backed up out onto West street so I decided to go inside and place my order utilizing the kiosk system.. they still forgot some of my order.. I called and sure enough Alejandra answered and told me to come back to fix the issue.. not only do they mess up drive thru orders, don’t try to go inside and expect better service. I understand it is lunch rush.. but do better.

I ordered a sweet tea and it was an ice tea. I let the employee know and she argued with me. She refused to give us ranch for our food when I said it wasn’t in the bag. I even offered her to check. She said I would need to go back through the drive thru and pay for more ranch.

I want to start off saying I usually dislike eating or ordering from McDonalds in general. Other locations either get the Order wrong or take too long or have thrown together food. I work close to the West Sweet and Taft location- so occasionally go there to grab a snack and really just because I love the sweet tea. What I realized today is that every time I have gone the service is fast and efficient here and the food is delicious and they always get my order correct. The fries are salted perfectly. The tea is super sweet and not over iced so you can enjoy more of it. The burgers are juicy and well put together and tasty. So, at least for this west street location, I have to say they are, and have been, doing a great job whenever I go. Thanks for the great food and service yall keep up the good work!

Went through the drive -thru a little after 6 am this morning. The lady that took my payment acted like she hates her job, no hello, thank you or have a nice day. The man at the next window, that gave me my breakfast…the same. I got to work, work less than 10 minutes away, my cheese wasn’t even melted on my breakfast sandwich. I had to reheat it in the microwave. I will start going elsewhere. Your link don’t work. The woman that took my order at the 1st window, didn’t look like an employee and the guy at the 2nd window needs to clean up and lose the earing, that dangles.

I ordered 1 order biscuits and gravy, 1 hash brown, 1 sausage, egg, cheese, McGriddle & a medium minute maid oj, door dashed at 4:50 am Aug 1st. It was not delivered until 5:30 am. I was brought, a steak, egg , cheese, McMuffin, with green peppers and onions on it. Also, a lg watered down orange soda. I called the McDonald’s my food was from, talked to the manager, Steve, he insisted wasn’t their fault. Told me to come there and get my order. I used door dash because I don’t drive, I am a senior, and NOT happy. It’s 7:20 am now, I paid $20.00 for the breakfast, and can’t afford to eat breakfast today now.

Worst experience by far. I ordered three drinks, two of which I did not receive, when I went back they said they needed a receipt which my brother had because he went for the food and when I told them that they offered no help, I even told them which drinks I didn’t get which they had on the counter but simply didn’t want to give. I was also missing other items to my order and they again offered no help and told me I would need to reorder. Absolutely ruined my night, I had just gotten off a long shift and hadn’t eaten anything. I was really disappointed I couldn’t even get my money back either.

Stopped by for breakfast before a 5am shift and had the best service. The young girl at the window and taking my order made the experience top tier. Took my order adjustments without making me feel like I committed a crime, and added my code on at the window without issue. (receipt said Sidel)
