I’ve been going to this location for almost a year and have NEVER received my food at the window. There are 5-10 cars parked along the curb waiting for their food AT. ALL. TIMES. I’ve never seen anything like it, and the best part: you dont know until youve already paid. I’ve had faster service at sit-down establishments.

I mean is mc Donald’s food with is normal good but they still manage to have wait time like crazy all week. Donat help that the outside of the store looks like it needs repairs and all the markings in the lot are almost gone. Sidewalks are dirty and need a powerwash. Service is subpar reather it be in drive through or in store expect 15 to 20 mins everytime.

50% of the time we get the wrong order. Today we ordered a sausage mcgriddle and a sausage biscuit. We received a egg mcmuffin and a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The hash browns were good.

First off i got the wrong order and didn’t get my medium ice coffee. Then when I corrected them they gave me a small ice coffee. Then I got home no sausage on my sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle. They make sure they’re employees are 1 checking the bags before they hand them out and 2 making the food correctly.

The place is very dirty. The staff didn’t use gloves and hairnet. It’s very unhygienic. I saw one of the staff sweeping the floor and after that she start packing the fries without washing her hands.
I ordered mc flurry and didn’t provide any spoon so I went back and asked for a spoon. I waited for 5 minutes and guess what? He told me they’re running out of spoon. So he gave me fork and knife for my flurry.

Employees were sloppily dressed, untucked shirts, beards without nets, dirty clothes. Took over 15 minutes to get two double cheeseburgers. No condiments offered. Just poor service. Not very impressive overall.

Stopped on 9/19/2025 at 1:12 pm. Figured lunch rush would be over and food would be fresh. Ordered two cheeseburger meals at the drive thru window. Waited quite a while in line but still had to pull into a drive thru wait space for a few more minutes. My wife said at least it should be fresh. WRONG…Burgers, cheese and french fries were cold and the buns weren’t very fresh either. Would have taken it back and gotten a refund but needed to get to KC for the grandson’s football game.

I waited 30+ minutes for a meal deal and a McChicken. Not only did they mess up my hamburger but my fries were cold and one of the ranches was open and was spilling everywhere. On top of that whoever was working I guess didn’t want to work no more and stopped taking orders 45 minutes before closing so I couldn’t fix my order. They are always like this but usually we are able to fix the orders. I really hope they get some new management soon because something needs to happen. I’ve been stuck in that drive thru for over 1h+ many times before and if you walk inside they completely ignore you.
