Will drive to the highlands from now on. In the drive thru for like an hour. When we finally got our food we were missing multiple things, nothing was made correctly, and it was cold. How is the food cold when its busy enough for people to be waiting an hour in the drive thru. Cheeseburger with mayo pickle and onion, is really a cheeseburger smothered in just mayo.

the food was cold and mushy, i was in the bathroom pooping, and someone knocked on my stall, and literally asked me if i was pooping on the toilet. i felt disrespected bc i wanted to have peace with my poop. there was diarrhea in the toilets and i almost THREW UP…there was meat in my veggie burger when I specifically asked for NO meat! the meat made me have diarrhea and throw up. somebody took a massive poop in the play place and no one cleaned it up. it was sitting there for YEARS..

Play area for kids was awesome! 5 year old and a 3 year old loved it! Area was clean and they brought us our food ! I never had to leave sight of the kids!

Made my order on kiosk, selected table number, selected seating, went to have a peek at the establishment, returned to my table and my table number was removed, went searching & found it back at the kiosk where I had ordered, returned it back to selected seating, eventually my order was delivered to my table, had 2 minutes to eat it. Don’t come here for a quick bite. You’ll regret it.

The people working the drive thru pickup window are downright rude and lack any type of customer service skills. They can’t be bothered to their greet customers, but have no problem talking badly about them with their coworkers. Next time, close the window before you make comments about a customer bringing their dog through the drive thru. I will say the woman taking payments was great!

While the food was typical McDonald’s food, this place was amazing!!! The staff was helpful and even gave the kids stickers. They have a separated play place and it was awesome. The kids said it was an obstacle course up top and they even have a family bathroom in the play area so you don’t have to go far. Will definitely be going back!!!

I deliver food and been to all the McDonalds around the area and this is the worst one. They should fire the person works at the drive-through. Take a look at all the low star ratings for drive-through. There are good people work there though 🙂

Waited over an hour and a half AFTER placing my order for pick-up inside the restaurant, (order placed at 1:40pm, arrived at restaurant at 1:55pm, finally got food after 3:20 pm) There were multiple customers who waited more than 1 hr for food. There were multiple customers who placed orders who then asked for a refund for their order. There should not have been any reason why multiple people at this location had to wait over an hour for their food. If they are having issues keeping up with orders due to promotions going on, close the inside and focus just primarily on drive thru, or have more people come in or have more people stay later to cover the needs.

Nobody working the counter. I wanted to use cash but after 10 minutes of waiting I finally opted to use the self serve kiosk – I will never again. After placing your order it hits you with 5 different attempts at upscale prompts. Everything about the experience is just terrible anymore.
