The nice staff comes around the dining room asking if customers need anything else! This McDonald’s is clean and the staff is very good. Orders are quickly delivered to the table. Food is hot and fresh. Use the app for discounts and specials. Bathrooms are clean. Bus stop right in front. The kids play area is especially nice. This is a better than average McDonald’s.

We went to eat breakfast on 2/2/2026 and as soon as we walked in I had a bad experience. While placing our order I heard how horribly and degrading the restaurant manager was speaking to an employee that you could tell had a slow handicap disability. The manager started yelling at her to take an order to a table in very loud degrading manner and right away I felt so uncomfortable because it was upsetting to see the treatment this employee was receiving. Having a disability doesn’t not give anyone the right to be spoken in such a degrading way. The other thing that I didn’t feel comfortable with, was that when we received the order and I went back to ask for ketchup and sauce another lady that resembled the manager alot like ther were related by blood and seemed like she was the assistant manager, was very rude and she said she couldn’t give me the sauce that I asked for to which I replied – why not if I placed and order for 2 breakfast platters? , so she did proceed to give me the sauce but in angry manner. Those 2 ladies that feel like they own the restaurant and have the right to speak and treat employees and customers in such a rude degrading manner should be put on check ✔️. I’m Hispanic and those two ladies were too and this make me feel more uncomfortable. McDonald’s should teach or train management and employees and how to speak to customers and other employees with respectful way no matter who you are or what handicap you might have. Overall we always eat breakfast at McDonald’s at least 4 times a week or even more when we eat dinner there also. We are not going to let this bad experience sway us away from coming back to this McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s in the country. We as a truck driving family appreciate the speed and value of the food Plus the app points add up way much faster than any other restaurant! Driving from California to the East Coast our first stop for a meal is McDonald’s and will try to keep it that way.

We were unable to go through the drive through due to a trailer being attached to our truck. Using cash, we did not use the kiosk. Stood at the counter and waited. The woman came over with an attitude. No greeting. Felt rushed to order otherwise we would have ordered more items. I usually have a good experience and opinion of Dobski McDonald’s. We will not be going back to this particular McDonald’s. I’m only one customer, but how many customers does that associate treat rudely?

They have known times where systems will be down every day but never turn the online payment portal off in preparation for this.
This time i was told it happens ar 2:30 am every day but this is not my first time having this issue and last time it happened during day hours. They did not give a reason though.

The staff are very incompetent and could not care less about their jobs. You will wait over half an hour for your order to be wrong. There is no way to cancel an order when the incompetent staff take over 20 min to figure things out so you are literally stuck.

I ordered the 2a quarter pounder with cheese meal medium fry and a medium coke no ice last night. Didn’t check the bag until I got home, but i got a mcchicken a small fry and a 4pc nugget so i called and the manager said I could either come back last night or today and they said they would replace it. When I got there tonight the person on drive thru told me that no manager last night received such call. I told them what time I ordered and the time I called and they said they couldn’t do anything. I did ask for a receipt last night they said since I paid cash that I couldn’t get a receipt

Consistently I have ordered food from this McDonald’s and have been constantly shorted or ripped off. Everytime I’ve ordered a smoothie it was only half full, and most recently ordered a cheeseburger Xtra pickle, what I received was a burger with no cheese and the regular 3 pickles. This McDonald’s is a scam and rip off, no one should continue buying food here.

Terrible honestly. Food is rarely correct. Messed up drinks twice on the same order. If you don’t order your drink with ice you get about 2/5 of it but they don’t tell you that till they hand you a very empty cup. So by their measurements most McDonald’s drinks are ice. Manager didn’t know the difference between a hot and iced drink. Missed both extra paid for shots of espresso. Customer service is of no help. They tell you to reach out to them but all they say is sorry better luck next time.
