Line was ridiculous but that i can understand. What i dont understand is how I asked for a cheeseburger with extra mayo and ketchup, no onions, and instead got a cheese burger with no cheese, what looks to be wiped off sauce, and nothing else?

In the drive through we said 2 10 piece nuggets and he gave us 3, we even clarified when we got to the pay window and he said 2 then the lady next to him stating taking in spanish to him and laughing we look at the receipt and he charged us for 3 then we got 2 nugget prices and $6, we paid way more than $6 for the nugget. The food was really good but the employees don’t care and are rude.

I came in tonight right at closing. I didnt realize what time it was and would like to first apologize for the timing. However, the crew was amazing. It was late and as a former drive thru worker I know they were ready to go home. But they still had a smile on each face and we’re so polite. I ordered a ranch snack wrap meal and 3 cookies. First off, thank you guys. The cookies were delicious. Just what i needed today. The food was terrific and fresh. My fries were still too hot when I got home. Just the way I like them. Great job tonight guys! This has been my preferred location for a few years and tonight you guys really showed why. Thank you.

McDonald’s raised their prices for the New Year again! On top of that I usually get a medium sized drink and fries. Not this time. Small drink, small fries. Two cheeseburger meal with 3 chocolate chip cookies is now $12.19! For basically the most processed food you can buy. I guess I’m done eating at McDonald’s.

The drive through person was very nice! The guy at the window didn’t seem at all put out that we asked for extra sauce. Service was quick and the food was nice and hot. I would definitely eat there again!

Lost my wallet here tonight with 1100$ cash inside. Called the store and even came back they acted super weird when questioned if anyone turned in a wallet. Telling me I have to call corporate to see if they can look at cameras to see who took it. Was parked in the number 1 spot where employees walk food out to cars. Manager was pretty rude about it over the phone

I’m very mad with customer service. The person who took my order and money is very rude and has a very bad attitude toward people. This is the third time this has happened to me with the same person. The person who takes orders and is at the window is supposed to have a good attitude!

I ordered through mobile app. 20 minutes later I got my order but half of the drink was spilled and the cup was messy and sticky. The man was unapologetic and seemed to be annoyed by me though I was ready to be cheery. He carried my order under his arm! No thank you. Nothing. Glad I bought the medium…
