This is a WELL managed store? Mature, customer focused no shenanigans type of managers. I heard one of the managers coaching a younger person. It was very positive and explaining. This is why we redo the product in the kitchen for this customer. We want consistent quality. I couldn’t hear all of it but it was said in a positive way. It really stuck out in my mind.

Went through the drive-through a couple days ago and one of the nice things about Culver’s is the staff is always friendly. You can hear a smile in their voice. I ordered a bacon, cheese, double deluxe basket, medium fries, and medium root beer. It was delicious and as usual the fries were perfect. That’s the price of waiting a couple minutes to receive your order, freshly made.
I rarely had a problem with anything I’ve ordered from Culver’s. And if I have, I return to the counter and they made it right on the spot. I’ve always enjoyed the fish that day make and probably that will be next time I visit.

There is a reason this Culver’s has almost 5 stars. The quality of food is par excellence even though you may have to spend a few more pennies here. What I discovered is that if you walk inside the menu display is way better and there is a digital menu at the side with their daily offerings and flavor of the day. I got a jumbo shrimp basket with fries and coleslaw, dinner roll, cocktail sauce and lemon slices for $11.39. Their flavor of the day was lemon cookie crumble and it was the best!!! The dining area is very clean and staff very helpful. I love their offerings.

The service at Culver’s deserves a six-star. Staff are pleasant attentive respectful and efficient. The best fast food available! We also appreciate being able to have dinner on their covered porch with our beloved dog.

So whoever was working the window on January 2nd 2025 at 5:15pm was horrible, she had the worst attitude and was very rude!!! I love Culver’s but that’s unacceptable! I was very kind and there was no issues, even said please and thank you with her attitude. I think this location needs a company meeting about attitudes and customer service. This isn’t the first time we had this issue at the North Port location but wanted to let management know what’s been going on. That picture is all we could eat, the food tasted horrible, like the meat was bad or something, the fries and onion rings were horrible as well.

Excellent food. Maybe it was just the day but the cashier had the attitude she was doing me a favor in taking my order. Nothing special about the dining area, it was clean and so was the condament area. But the burgers are excellent and I highly recommend the pub burger.

Used to live in port Charlotte and would go to Culver’s atleast once a week. The one in north port; service is so rude and ignorant I barely go. Gave it another chance today. Can’t even order what I want without feeling uncomfortable from the female taking the order. Always rushing. Says is that all a million times before I even finish saying what I want. And this happens everytime at this location. Need better workers that want to work taking orders
