Been standing here for 12 min while not one person bothered to greet me or even say just a min and ill be there…..nothing I am being ignored and just looked at. I am personally a waitress and have worked in the food industry for a while even my own family members have been General managers and such so this is really terrible and I hate writing this byt like this isn’t ok.

Mayo covered Big Mac after a 25 minute wait for a curbside order at 6pm. This location is drive thru only, or pick up. They will NOT bring your food to you within 30 minutes on the best day. Good job guys.

I stood at the counter to order breakfast for five minutes with nobody willing to take my order. The gentleman before me was pretty upset for the same reason. I came here because the facility is always clean and people are friendly. I hadn’t been here for about one year. I will never come back. It was a horrible experience. I ended up having breakfast at Whataburger. Where I was greeted with a friendly smile and served breakfast within three minutes.

Worst McDonald’s Experience – Overcharged, Wrong Order, Rude Staff & Questionable Food Quality

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This morning, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal with a round egg instead of folded, plus coffee. What I got instead was an overpriced, incorrect, and completely unacceptable meal, paired with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Let’s break it down:
1. Overcharged at the First Window – My total was $12 instead of the meal price. The employee couldn’t tell me why (language barrier), but when I checked, they had charged me separately for a Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit, an Egg McMuffin (which I never ordered), and coffee—all à la carte.
2. Rude Manager at the Second Window – I politely explained that I ordered a meal, not individual items, and that I was charged incorrectly. Instead of fixing it, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She refunded me for the Egg McMuffin but didn’t correct the meal price, meaning I was still overpaying. Then, she literally threw the bag at me.
3. No Hash Brown – Checked my bag before driving off—missing the hash brown. When I told her, she mumbled something under her breath, walked away, and handed me a cold one.
4. The Food Itself Was Disgusting –
• The egg was wrong—I specifically asked for a round egg, and they gave me folded instead.
• The biscuit was hard as a rock—clearly old and barely edible.
• There was debris in my wrapper—which is just nasty.
• The egg looked old and dried out, making me question their food safety.

I was already late for work dealing with all of this, and to top it off, the food was so badly made and unappetizing that I ended up throwing it away.

McDonald’s, get it together. If your employees can’t take a basic order correctly, don’t know how to charge for a meal, and treat customers like a nuisance, then they need better training—or a different job. Absolutely unacceptable.

Tried to go inside to get a refund. To preface I went through the drive thru, sat at the intercom for 5 min, no answer. Tried to call for attention. Nothing. I had a mobile order and after 20 min of waiting in the drive thru line it was too late to cancel. So I tried going inside to get a refund. Not one employee spoke to me, completely ignored me. I’ll be filing for a dispute on the charge at my bank instead. Horrible.

Food was fine. The lady at the second window should probably have a different job. She rushes which i understand window time, but to act rude is uncalled for. To the point she talks so fast i didnt understand what she said and i asked her and she just starts yelling. Pretty sure she also took my order, mind you its a mobile order, so how much faster can the interaction be? I litterally just give a code….Ive never left a review anywhere but this lady that was on second window should stop spreading her misery. Why managers would routinuely let someone like that work there is beyond me.

My breakfast order was being canceled because I didn’t pick it up before 10:30. Then why you took my order the first place?
Why you don’t honest your order?

The manager said it’s app’s problem. Ok. So I called the McDonald cooperation. Then they said each store is individually owned and operated. Then why the corporations set up customer service?

They kick customers like a ball and blame each instead to salve customers issues.

This is my neighborhood location I been here have breakfast every other week. I been like this location a lot since this happened.

They don’t care about me.

Don’t have two order lines if you cannot manage to order lines. I waited in line behind a difficult customer. I understand it takes a minute, But when it came to be my turn, no one greeted me, no one said hello, or wait just one minute. A car pulled up to the other lane, they took his order he was out .I’m still waiting I said hello, speaker said give me just a minute. another car came up to the other lane, they got their order taken. I said hello and he said can I take your order so I gave my order and I didn’t hear a total so I waited and waited and then said hello again and he said Let me take your order and I said never mind and left

This is the closest to my house so I stopped there, woman the 2nd window was rude, when I got to the window no hello just started handing me drinks, mine you I only ordered one. Then here comes the ice-cream… didn’t order. When I say I didn’t order this, she start talking really fast I asked her to repeat and she was like I asked you if you order apple pies and you said no. I replied with you never said anything to me. She then processes to argue with me. I tell her please don’t argue with me and just get the items I ordered. She then tired to stare me down, I stared back. Like what?! Get my food finally after the 3 min stare off, open my food and guess what it’s burnt! I will now drive out of my way to another McDonalds. I worked in the fast food world and never would I be okay with my employees treating my customers like that. Nor would I allow food that was burnt sent out to my customers. Get it together guys. Disappointing.
