Ever since McDonald’s started paying their workers more money the food quality and the portions has literally went downhill. You are basically getting less food for more money. I ordered the spicy chicken combo and the bread was old, the lettuce was old and the chicken was very small. I blame Joe Biden and his administration for literally destroying America piece by piece.

Asked I’d they could turn the rest of the lights in here and the lady had a real Lipps attitude after our 1st encounter of the self help kiosk asking me for a number I didn’t have and she entered 12 and then it let me pay and I asked what did I miss. How would I of known to enter 12 and she said o well there would be table cards here but there all gone. I followed up with well how are you gunna know where I am assuming they call out and she said they just call out and I mentioned I’d be in playroom (came here as a settlement between skate city vs McDonald’s playplace lol). She was pleasent up to this point of me asking if they could turn on these back lights to which she snapped back I don’t think they work. The attitude was one thing but the other funny thing here is all exterior lights work in this room . Other than this 1 time. It’s been great everytime I bring daughter here. Very fun for her, wears her out, very, very, very clean, and new playset so I like to think it’s super clean.

This is by far the filthiest McDonald’s I have ever been in. The two younger employees at the counter were slow and rude, although an older woman was very pleasant. When we went in, business was pretty slow, and obviously had been for some time. There were many employees just standing around, with none noticing that the place was trashed. Stuff all over the floors, sticky, grimy tables, and the drink area was unbelievable. I wish I had noticed how bad it was before ordering, as I would have left. Leaving would have saved me from getting soggy fries and dried out, cold burgers that couldn’t even melt the cheese. I will NEVER return to this location, and suggest the same for everyone else!

I placed a breakfast pick up order, arrived at 10:31 and they had already canceled my order. The lady said that since it was past breakfast time they canceled it in ADVANCE. I was like…1 minute late and you cancel my order in ADVANCE? Quite dislike this store and it’s ridiculous staff.

The food is the food but for a place for your children to play, this place is disgusting. The slides are covered with food and who knows what else. I had to clean my own table to have a place to sit down and yet still layed napkins down because of food and pop n who knows what backed on the tables from the sun. They need to have some employees do some cleaning instead of standing around drinking free pop. Wet floor sign out and no cleaning been done. Have to make sure my son takes a bath after leaving here. Very unsanitary..

Had a great experience today while visiting this one. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and my food was right and hot. We ate in the play area and to my surprise it did NOT smell like stinky feet and was very clean.
