Great atmosphere. Good ice cream. Seasonal flavors were great. Allow sampling so you can make your choice. The also allow any ice cream flavor substitutions in the sundaes and shakes. We had the 1870 Tower (choc cake w. black cherry ice cream), Turtle Sundae (subd mocha ice cream with caramel and pecans), Mocha Joe Coffee Killer (espresso flavored milkshake), and 2 scoops of seasonal strawberry chocolate chip. Will stop again if passing through.

Graeter’s ice cream is a Cincinnati area institution! It’s amazing! The flavors rotate often enough that it’s never boring, but there are old standbys that keep me coming back. The summer fruit flavors and their dark chocolate creations are my favoritesThis location is large with several tables. They also have candy and baked goods.

On vacay and trying some ice cream. Found this place and WOW! I love this. It’s great, Buckeye Blitz and Boldly Bearcat…I like chocolate. Good stuff. Lots of other items for sale and it was very busy. Seating inside and outside. They whole family can enjoy treats including your pup as they have sweets for them too. And for the nostalgic kid in you, they offer “Helmet Sundaes”

I usually love this location, but I was in the store on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and witnessed what I now know to be the district manager named Karen (ironically) berate a store employee and tell her that “no one wants you here anyway.” Do better, Graeters.

I have debated leaving this review, but decided the abuse received by an employee could not be overlooked. I was at the Buttermilk store on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. A member of a your leadership team was constantly berating one of your younger staff. When I asked, I was told this was your district manager Karen. Let that sink in, a district manager is belittling and disrespecting a staff member, with the added benefit of doing it in front of customers. Karen openly told the young lady that “No one wants you here anyway.” I’ll take my business else where Graeters.

So many choices of flavors and toppings served in a waffle cone or cups. Lots of gift items such as coffee cups, cookies and candies. Ice Cream Birthday cakes & pies available. Shoppe busy but plenty of fast and friendly staff. Lots of seating. They also offer delivery or pickup.

First Graeter’s experience and it won’t be our last. Body Bearcat, Birthday Cake, and black Raspberry were all favorites in our group! The baked goods looked phenomanl, and insanely cheap, but we were full from ice cream (next time!)
