Flooded with mayonnaise, old tomato and lettuce, nuggets were gross, raw, freezer burn. Called.. manager told me “that’s how it’s made! “WHAT’ do not tell a trucker that’s how it’s made. Whatever you say’ Very bad for business!

The area is sketchy now with vagrants. They always try to short change you on chicken nugget sauce here even when you paid for extras or forget the sauce entirely. But my favorite is when they hand you opened sauce containers to use. Ewww call the health department. As a fast food restraunt cookies are a part of your menu and shouldn’t take 10 minutes in the drive through. It’s unacceptable. The old ownership and old workers were 1000x better and didn’t have attitude problems. Take the AirPods out of your ear you are working right now. If I wanted to wait 13 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food I’d have gone to chilis. Morning crew is leaps and bounds more efficient than night crew

Terrible service. The manager Ashley was not helpful when I clearly gave the drive thru man Carsh my code for my free item in my reward app. They took my code but did not give me my item be ause it didnt appear on the receipt. And when explaning the situation her response was it not my problem and not her problem that the druve thru guy didn’t do his job. Employees here should be either trained on customer their service skills or do their job correctly.

During our time at the McDonald’s play place, we experienced the bathrooms disgusting. The water was very hot in the woman’s bathroom. and my grandson saw the men’s and it was horrible. The play Place had food on top of the equipment. All the tables were filthy, not cleaned off and a lot of the supplies were not available. there was food and wrapper all over the floors. I would not recommend dining in this McDonald’s.

The guy who took my order charged me wrong and then told me to go to the next window to let them handle and commenced to still telling me to pay. I said “Is that how you do customer service here?” He calls for the manager who gives the correct information and the young man says “Aww, I didn’t know that”…. so you just get rude first though? Yeah, not going here again.
Update: McDonalds Corporate Office reached out to me swiftly within a day or two of the above review to take care of this issue. I am very glad to report that the one employee/location doea not reflected the integrity of the company and their expectations for how customers should be taken care of. 5 stars to them!

It appears that there might be some concerns regarding the focus on customer service. This could be due to various factors that may need to be addressed. Perhaps a review of current practices could identify areas for improvement. Prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential for continued success in any business. Customer’s feel when they walk in that they are burden on the service team!

While I do love McDonald’s, this one isn’t the best. Order was wrong. Tables and floor was pretty dirty. Employees couldn’t understand what you say or ask.

Took 10 minutes to get my order and no one else was waiting. Fries Warm Nuggets greasy and soggy.
Teenage kids in lobby slapping each and acting like they were on a school yard. Manager just stands there looking at them.
Employees behind the counter with pants sagging like they are going out to a club
Not changing gloves from working with food to taking cash and back to picking up food. Not one utensil being used.
Bathrooms looked they haven’t been cleaned all day. Disgusting does not even describe how they look and smelled. A port-a-potty in Iraq during the war was cleaner than this place
I sat in the dining area for over 20 minutes watching the staff ignore the mess. One lady was just leaning on the counter looking at it and still did not bother to clean any part of the lobby / dining area.
