I have ordered the same thing for a year and loved it. I did have a bad experience with the owner (or manager) previously, but let it go. Maybe he just had a bad day but no. This is why the restaurant is not so busy. I managed, trained and worked in restaurants for over 30 years, and problem handling is indicative of how good a restaurant is. So, I called to let them know that I did not get what I ordered. He (the owner or manager) let me know that this was a “new recipe” (translation: cheaper and easier to make, but not as good.) He insisted it was on the menu. I pointed out that Door Dash must not have been provided with the new menu (which i confirmed with DD) In addition, it was made with ricotta cheese, which is def not listed on the menu and they do not allow patrons to make special suggestions (see picture) He told me to call Door Dash. What a smart restaurant pro would have done is to apologize and replace the item. Simple. Bottom line this is poor management and the reason most restaurants are mediocre. City Pizza does a GREAT job and cares about the customer NOT there Ego like this guy

My girlfriend and I had the margherita pizza as a starter, I had the chicken marsala and she had the chicken parm. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Efficient, no nonsense service, professional. It was so good, that after boxing up a part of my chicken to go, I realized the crust was so good that it was worth taking it with me. The pizza was cooked to perfection, seasoning, crisp, quality ingredients. My chicken marsala had a great combo of brilliantly cooked veg medley and mash potato, the mushroom topping was joined by a richly flavorful sauce that made every bite a satisfying one – one of the best chicken dishes I’ve had in awhile. The tiramisu cake was unbelievably light, fluffy, moist, sweet, and tasty. Top notch dessert, good price. The key lime pie was also sweet and had a good balance between the sweet vs tart. Atmosphere was casual but inviting, nice, clean, quiet, perfect for an easy yet memorable date. Sadly my west palm trip is not long, but if in the area again, this dinner location is on the top of my list. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Found this Pizzeria tonight, Honestly I never spend time to write reviews, but this has to be one of the best pizzas I’ve had in West Palm. They were super detail oriented with all the dishes. Everything was extraordinary customer service as well as cleanliness was up to par. I loved the touch of Turkish style coffee!!!

I love going to Amici. The servers are always accommodating, polite, and make the experience comfortable without being over the top. The atmosphere is nice, service is reliable, and the food has been consistently good. I’d definitely recommend trying the meat lovers pizza and the bruschetta both are really good. It’s a solid place that I enjoy coming back to.

Me and my wife came here after a long search of a place for Valentine’s day. The place we booked previously didnt save us a table and most places were full, or had a 1hr wait. We stopped here because why not. Ended up finding one of the best pizza places in wpb. Me and my wife had an amazing time there, the server was nice and so was the atmosphere. This was my first time ordering from Amici Brick Oven Pizza, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I was expecting a classic New York-style pizza, but instead, I got something that reminded me of pizzas we used to get in elementary school.
The pizza arrived cold, and the undercarriage was soggy and lacked any proper crisp. There was barely any ricotta (or mozzarella?) cheese, and the pepperoni was tiny and sparse. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a real pizza experience at all.
For a place that markets itself as brick oven, I expected way better. Definitely not something I’d order again.

Amici Pasta is the best in Palm Beach. Located along side Village Blvd. I felt like I was eating in Italy ! I love the atmosphere! the water fountain is a romantic vibe. They have indoor and outdoor patio. Ida was our hostess, she is amazing! She gave the best service I have ever ! We come here once a year! Last time the owner gave us an outstanding service! And Ida top it lol!
