Well the lobby is nasty dirty. I ordered a Big Mac with no meat. So easy. I got a burger with the top two buns having nothing on them. I checked the bottom no diced onion and no pickles. So I’m like okay I can’t even split what amount of lettuce and dressing is on this between the two so I go to the front to ask for the “diced onion” some Mac sauce and the lettuce for the manager to tell me that’s how the Big Mac is made. I showed him the image on his sign #1 showing a big Mac and it clearly has lettuce sauce and onions with pickles on the top and the bottom of the Big Mac with a bun in the middle. He then goes on to tell me that the don’t put stuff on top of the bun….. as if I was saying on top of the whole hamburger….. I then relized this guy is a total idiot. I told him I just want it like the image with the Mac sauce and everything on the burger. He then said he was going to have it remade. Mind you I’m at the store just waiting for my fry’s at my table getting colder. So I stand and wait and bang the same thing I kid you not a blank top two buns and the bottom only had hardly any Mac sauce and one pickle slice and little lettuce and no cheese now… because I guess that’s meat? I looked and looked and welll no diced onion I went to the front and was like hey could I just get some diced onion that the main thing that makes this burger for me and he straight up to me…… “ we only put the diced onion on the patty’s” like dude in the chaos when I ordered dice onion…… when you remove the meat it dose not say and removes diced onion…. This is totaly dude needs better to be trained and when I say. I want a refund he says no I’ll make this right then.. try’s to smile at me saying the meat is the only thing that gets onion on it…… no dude the burger gets onion that’s why it’s on the photo. This is so annoying it’s not even funny I’ll be contacting corporate over this obviously.

When I would DoorDash in the city in the middle of the night and had an order to pick up there was always this bald gentleman who would offer me something to drink, he may not know it but I came to recognize his face and the familiarity meant so much to me when I was navigating the city alone. I hope McDonalds really takes good care of him because he is the epitome of fantastic customer service. On one other occasion, my car died in the McDonalds parking lot. I had no tools or any money, I believe it was a Hispanic janitor at the restaurant that saw me in need and jump started my car, I felt so alone and he made me feel much safer. This restaurant has the best most thoughtful employees, I don’t even like McDonalds Frfr, but these people make it worth coming back here. I’ve been sitting with this comment for a good year or two now, I really hope their team sees this and recognizes how much they impacted me.

You come to expect bad service at fast food restaurants now a days. I’ve patronize d this location several years and normally it’s not entirely bad. Today I ordered a simple meal which I ordered on the app. I went through drive through with no wait since it was 2:30 when getting to the window I immediately was asked to pull around to the other side, looked in rear view mirror and no one behind. Told the guy I’d wait there since last time I pulled around I literally waited 13 minutes. He left the window and another opened window asked me the same thing. Told her I’d just wait there. Then she got loud and said I need you to pull around. I had forgotten there’s a timer on the drive through. I answered her I’ll wait here and the timer can run while I wait, not my problem they were out of fries! She left 2 seconds later the guy came to window and handed me my order practically threw it in my truck. Seemed today ‘everyone’ at McDonald’s was having a bad day. II got home opened bag and the fries were not cooked completely at all in fact still cold! the cheese burger had a smashed thumb print and the nuggets were dumped over in bottom of bag. I tossed the meal cuz what else was done to it, Who knows ?. I’ll just stop using McDonald’s!

The manager at this location with dreads is one of the best employees of any business or restaurant you will come across. He has helped me numerous times, corrected order mistakes (rare), etc. – all with a smile on his face.
I pray this man gets what he deserves in life because he deserves more. God Bless that man

Holly the a.m. Manager is always polite and knowledgeable. She is a team player. I deliver for door dash and she ensures that her and the staff is welcoming others in. I appreciate her kindness! Super clean bathrooms!

This location was struggling around ~1 year ago but it seems to have really turned things around. I regularly visit this location now and have a great experience every time. The manager there works his butt off and is there every single time that im there. He always helps me out with a smile and tells me to have a blessed day. He deserves recognition for his work – not sure what his name is but I will ask next time im there!

It’s 50/50 whether you’ll have a good experience here or not. There’s some really nice managers sometimes and then sometimes your pickup order will “disappear” and you’ll get scolded for waiting 15 minutes to pick it up.

Coming from Russia, where McDonald’s has always been very good, and having lived in many countries around the world, I often heard Americans say that McDonald’s in the U.S. isn’t great. To my surprise, from the very first bite of my favorite Big Mac, I found it delicious – better than in most countries I’ve tried. I wouldn’t say it’s the best Big Mac of my life, but it was definitely good, and I’d be happy to come back to try more. McDonald’s has been with me throughout my whole life, and I feel like I’ve grown up together with this iconic fast food

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to
This “” Manager “ Apparently doesn’t know how to give refunds and or fix the refund, even though I never received my food or my money back she apparently doesn’t know her name or corporate‘s number or the names of her employees hands down the worst atmosphere in the worst place I’ve ever been to this woman and her other manager don’t even deserve to have a job. If you can’t give me your name corporate‘s number let alone my food or my refund. You definitely don’t deserve a job and you in fact have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I really hope you guys lose your jobs and I really hope to get my money back in corporate’s number because that would be greatly appreciative.
