The food is not fresh here nor do they ever get the ordered right. This is the 4 or 5th time my husband or I have went there, had to pay for our condiments then not get them. If you are gonna charge for condiments at least put them in the bag. I have never been there and them have good customer service. My husband went there last week put in a mobile order and waited at spot one for them to bring it out to him; he waited an hour and a half and they never brought it out to him he had to go inside and get it.

Worst mcdonalds ive ate at throughout every town ive visited and realized I never will eat here when I visit atchison. The people are rude and they all act like there better than you. Multiple times have been given the wrong food, sat in the drive thru line and waited 30-45+ minutes waiting on food. TURNS OUT its sitting there on the counter with no one looking at it. Please dont go here and shut them down. Worthless people and worthless service.

Slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Why even have a drive thru if you can walk in and get your food faster? they are constantly busy around lunch time yet no since of urgency from the staff to try and get people their food in a reasonable time. people don’t have unlimited time for their lunch break. got to the drive thru at 11:49am and didn’t even order until after 12:05. was there for a total of 34 minutes. insane.

The manager Avery, at least thats what it said on his nametag, he refused to tell my husband his name, is the rudest manager Ive ever met in my life. Horrible customer service. I dont think he understands we as customers make up his paycheck. He slammed the drive threw window on me, then hung up on me when I called the store. When my husband went in to get his name, he shuved his hand in my husband’s face and said “byeeee”. Is this how your managers treat customers? He deserves to be fired.

Paid for my order with the app. Get to the store and they can’t find it. Even with showing them receipts, where it came out of my bank, and the order number… they refused to make it and refused to refund me. Can’t dispute it because I paid with Venmo.

Waited 43 minutes for mobile order, ended up going through drive through twice, was told they didnt have our order and to pull to the 2nd window. We did and no one came to the window. Ended up going inside where the food was sitting. Cashier was nice but nothing done to compensate this big inconvenience which made me late for work.
