It’ll still taste good but I ordered this Mocha Frappe with caramel and oreos. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and I’ve gotta say this was made very poorly. It’s not blended at all, all the syrup was at the bottom of my cup. You guys need to step up your training or something.

Placed a mobile order as I entered the parking lot. Sat in drive thru for 6 minutes with no movement. Called the restaurant and had to tell them there was a line of people in drive thru not being served. Finally was served my food 25 minutes after joining drive thru line. At least my food was warm. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited over 20 minutes for food at this location

Despite showing as open per their hours and app, it allowed me to enter an online order and took my money but no one was answering at the speaker. At close to 7 am I expect them to either be open or have turned off online ordering and put up a sign or something. Instead they allow people to sit in the drive thru looking at the menu for long periods of time. In the 15 minutes I was there no one answered the speaker for anyone and multiple cars drove off without getting service. I too had to leave empty handed despite having already paid for my meal on the app.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. A literal 35 minute drive-thru experience. Up charged for light ice, upcharged for a barbecue sauce, and ran out of pennies so I didn’t get all of my change back. On top of that my fries were cold and the new Big Arch Burger is mediocre. I know why the CEO spit it out after that tiny bite.

When we went through the drive through employee was very monotone I personally understand being tired during a shift as I myself work at McDonald’s but there was zero life in this tone and very blunt statements then as we tried to order from the Mcafe simply they stated that they couldn’t do that then we asked for a reason they gave no answer and just asked for the rest of our meal then as we pulled forward the lady stated that the soft drinks were also unavailable I am happy she allowed us to get lemonades and tea’s with no extra charge although her demeanor was very blunt as well and she seemed high, once again I understand long shift or being tired but this was just unprofessional and didn’t feel like customer service in the slightest but more like trying to get someone to leave as soon as possible with no care they had also asked to pull forward with little explanation and we waited for a solid 15-20 minutes before our food arrived. As an employee of McDonald’s I understand the attitude to an extent but this wasn’t okay in the slightest.

I ordered for curbside. Waited 10 minutes. I got cold fries, cold nuggets, and the powerade taste like it is watered down.
I don’t mind waiting IF waiting to get fresh food. But waiting n then get cold food that my dog wouldn’t even eat, is ridiculous.

Ordered a couple mcdoubles and fries, then waited at the window for 15 minutes for my basic order. When the girl working the window finally got off her phone, she have my food halfway out the window, said “actually, nevermind”, took the bag back, set it down on the counter, walked away for another 8 minutes, then finally came back and handed me the same bag with no changed. Good was stone cold when I got it, no receipt was given, and they still managed to forget my drink
Just go to braums and avoid this circus unless spending $15 to get cold food after a half hour appeals to you

They up charge you for a drink that’s not even full, can’t get the sauce on the bun and the fries are so cold and soggy, but when we said something all they said is what do you want us to do about it?!

I ordered a big Mac extra pickles, extra Max sauce with fries.That was it. It took them 30 minutes to get my order out to the curbside pickup.And when they came out , the guy rushed out , handed me my food and then left quickly without even stopping to say hello. I didn’t even have a chance to look in my bag. When he handed me my bag , it had a big mac in it but it did not have the special request that I had requested it also didn’t have any of the condiments that I had ordered to go with. This is a reoccurring issue at this location and when I tired to put a survey in they had not given me a receipt so I couldn’t.

hate this place when i asked if i could put a different sauce rather than mayo on a sandwich he giggles and says “no we actually can’t do that” okay fine then i ordered 2 cheese burgers and the ketchup is all over the bun has a grain of mustard and a pickle smaller than my finger will not be going back to this place
