– The Culver’s Deluxe- $5.89: The burger was great. The patty is about a quarter pound (but maybe less). The cheese was not as melted, but good. The toppings were fresh. I asked for no pickles and there were none (thank you). Overall, what you’d expect from most other Culver’s.
– Fries – $4.60 (made it a basket): Medium crinkle-cut fries. They were served very hot. They could have used a touch more salt.
– Concrete Mixer – $2.67 (upgrade from soft-drink): Delicious. Ordered with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and there was lots of it, but most of it was on the top.
– Service: Surprisingly fast. It was busy for the time and day, but they were on top of it. Our order was brought out within 5 minutes.
– Atmosphere: Crowded, but mainly clean for how busy it was. It was your standard Culver’s with tables and chairs or booths. There was flexibility to move tables and make room for large parties.
– Conclusion: I’d recommend them. For fast food, Culver’s is a favorite of mine and this location has done well for me over the years.
Visited on a Saturday at 4pm.
The male employee, which I did not catch his name off from his uniform who brought our food to the table had the best vibe and I loved and appreciated his unique dialog with us. This part of my visit at Culver’s is my most noticeable moment. I really want the person to make my experience better. And this guy rocked it!!!
Our fries were good, but I think the oil in the fryer may need a change. My husband said his Swiss Burger was hot and delicious. My Grilled Chicken sandwich was yummy, but the bun was cold. It would have been excellent with a warm bun. But Culver’s, your guy serving our food to our table won you that star back.
Both bathrooms were clean. Your lobby was clean too.
Thanks for the Grub! I wish I knew that employee’s name I would give him a direct shout out.
Peace Out!
Always clean restaurants, friendly and attentive staff and great menu options. They’ve got really good salads which is hard to find in fast food.
Comfort food and healthy options available. From grilled chicken to cheese curds, fried shrimp and everything in-between, they’ve got what you want.
Beats the pants off McDonald’s in every way.
Budget hack: Try a kids meal, it comes with a scoop of ice cream. Dinner and dessert for under $10
Customer service was perfect, food was wonderful and error-free, everything was clean and pleasant. We will definitely return and I recommend!
Most impressive point of visit? Hearing “thank you, have a good night” That small gesture should not be so rare as to leave an impression days after our visit, but visits to other local eateries of like kind would say otherwise. I dont know if Culver’s management encourages traditional courtesy or this young man’s parents instilled it but it was very nice to see someone under the age of 50 say thanks.
