Late-night drive thru with the family after Silver Dollar City. Been in line for 60 minutes. Still in line. Should have left 45 minutes ago. Went inside the lobby to find people waiting to get their orders corrected. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Incredibly frustrating. I’m waiting right now for a van ahead. It’s been there for 8 minutes and no one has even opened the window. No drinks, napkins, straws. Just waiting. Do not come to this restaurant. Update: the van has left after 11 minutes. We are talking to the lady to pay and are re-ordering — they lost our order. Tried six different possible orders on us before realizing they didn’t know what we ordered. Please don’t do this to yourself. Go anywhere else. Update: Finally made it to the window. Filthy floors inside. Asked us again what we ordered. Why, oh why, didn’t we leave?

EDIT: quick response from McD’s on this to me after review, I think it will change. Came to this McD’s at 7:30a on a Monday. Took 28 minutes to get our food. Our coffee was sitting there behind the counter for the whole time. No food. Finally I asked them to bring me my coffee since we waited so long. They could only take cash unless you went through drive through? WHAT? Another customer had same issues and when talking to manager (he shouldn’t have cussed her) she refused to serve him.

Dinner at 5 PM on a Sunday, was an absolute horror to walk in on. I placed an online order 15 minutes before arriving at the store.. I checked in as soon as I placed the order because I was nearby. It’s still somehow took 28 minutes to receive a 20 piece nuggets and a large french fry after entering the building. For a grand total of almost 45 minutes for some cold greasy and chewy chicken and unsalted fries. The entire staff consist of a grand total of four employees. The manager was down an arm, and he seemed to be the only able worker in the entire building. You know it’s bad when everybody who was already stuck having to wait because they already paid for food are telling new customers walking in to go anywhere else. Worst location in the entire Branson area. The only saving grace is Tiffany in the mornings. She is the hardest worker that store has ever seen, and it sucks. She does not have the recognition she absolutely deserves.

I had to go back behind the counter to get someone’s attention. One person had been waiting in the line outside for 30, then went inside to wait another 30. Another door dasher waited 30 mins. The store looked absolutely nasty, photos are attached.

The entire restuarant was completely filthy. I should have taken some pictures. We ordered our food at the kiosks and then looked around. Oh my, herendous!!!!
We were there at about 7:15 pm. There were 4 others there ordering food also. After we looked at the tables and floors and serving areas, we decided to cancel our order, way too disgusting. I went to the counter and spoke to one person and asked for a refund, it was less than 2 minutes after i had completed our order. He went to the manager and told him that we needed a refund. After waiting for assistance for another 3.5 minutes, i walked towards the area behind the counter and looked at the food prep area. Grease coated the floor, all different kinds of food was laying on the floor. Spilled beverages and shake liquids were coating the floors also. No way would this place pass any sort of health inspection. I spoke to the Manager, finally, and asked him for a refund and to cancel our order. He did that with no problem. He didnt ask why or what was wrong. I asked him if he wanted to know why, he just looked at me so I told him that the entire place was just gross. His reply was that they have been busy.
Ok, I get being busy, I was a Manager for 29 years, that is no excuse for the food prep area nor the earing areas to look like they did. Very unsanitary.
We left and went to DQ just up the street, flawlessly clean, the entire area, food prep and eating areas were clean and well maintained. They were busier but very clean and organized.
Leadership somewhere needs to step in, lead and direct and teach the team at this establishment how to run this business.
Note: the people that ordered their meal right after me, cancelled their order also, nasty place!

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We decided to drop by after seeing Christmas lights to grab a fast and easy dinner. We ordered on the app and looked for a clean table, there were none. Every surface was dirty. I cleaned a table off for us and had a seat. From there 30 went by and other customers were visibly aggravated, 45 min passed and I looked for a way to cancel my order on the app. There isn’t a way to. We finally got our food after nearly an hour of waiting, we were missing two drinks, got none of our sauces or straws. There were no straws, napkins or ketchup in the lobby, everything was empty except for the overflowing (onto the floor) trash cans.
Do not eat here. If this is how this location normally operates, corporate needs to shut it down. Absolutely terrible experience in every way.

I ordered breakfast combo with breakfast burritos and a Frappuccino, redeemed a code for a free has brown. Told the guy the screen was showing a burrito instead of a hashbrown and he said no problem, we’ll fix it at the window.
Got to the window and he said “we can’t change the order but we’ll get you that extra hashbrown at the pickup window”.
The (older) woman at the pickup window, wearing a tag that said “we treat our employees like family, please do the same”, was EXTREMELY short and rude when I explained that my “freebie” was supposed to be a hashbrown instead of a burrito. She huffed at me like I was wasting her time “you already have a hashbrown with your order”. She eventually BEGRUDGINGLY got my 2nd hashbrown and acted like it was the end of the world when I asked for a few more mild sauces. She closed the window in my face when I told her I ordered a Frappuccino and not a Cappuccino.

We were in a rush and decided to go to our go to place. However this experience with this McDonalds was anything but good. We waiting over 30 minutes for our order. When we received the order it was wrong. The cleanilness of the restaurant isn’t immediately apparent but the table were dirty, the soda area definitely hadn’t been cleaned or stocked that day, the bathrooms had no hand soap in either the men’s nor the women’s restaurant. If you want something quick and convenient for your family do yourself a favor and skip this location.

This is an ok McDonald’s. The food is what you would expect at every McDonald’s. They are consistent. Two drive-through windows make ordering quick. They also have mobile ordering is available. It’s right beside Price chopper and the road beside it is a back road to Branson. That’s helpful. When we were inside ordering today it was smelly like cigarette smoke. They were slow today.

Went there at 2:00 AM, just a question, why the hell do they even keep the store opened at that time if they’re going to offer such a bad service. Not only that but the food was barely cooked, a complete mess, if I could give less than a star, I would.
One more thing, I didn’t ask for onions and they filled them with onions, I’m not lying, there’s the photo, I really regretted spending my money in a store where they don’t know how to have good workers, I really wonder why the hell they have it open if they’re not going to serve them well, they put a lot of pepper, I mean, they really go too far, they should choose their workers better, I’m really upset with their services.
