I came because the last time I was in STL, I remember GOOD food and good service. Apparently the dude was not having a good day.
He was very short when I asked questions about combos. I completed my order – which was for 3 people. When food was ready, I asked about condiments, and abruptly heard “they’re in the bag,” as it was pushed in my direction. So I asked about specific condiments (had to make sure that the three people I was ordering for had what they needed), and I asked for 2 ranch dressings. I was told $1 a piece. I questioned this because my order was over $50. Then I was told emphatically: “let me tell you what you got for $50 – I gave you FOOD and condiments, and…” I said: “Stop, I got $2, and pulled out a $20 and laid it next to my bag…” he said: “You’re gonna have to put it in my hand…”
I can’t even imagine what this attitude was all about this evening! Because I don’t typically allow MEAN people to serve me FOOD, I didn’t want my order at this point…
As this exchange happened I noticed that everyone in eye view of the front counter had lit cigarettes in the kitchen… I won’t ever be back… EVER!
And FYI – I was home for a funeral…

Ok I came up there on 10/20 2025 I order the same thing every time I come up here I got home and they forgot my order I went up there and he wrote my name down and number and told me I get a free meal the next time I come up there I never got my free meal and didn’t remind me I went up there today and spent 15.99 and I only ordered a small nachos either extra only meat and cheese but I came home with everything on the nachos I’m throwing up and everything feeling sick he told me he can’t do nun about it what do I do it test like metal

I put in my order at 830 pm on 3/1/24 and my husband told the cashier extra crispy . Soooo…the fries soggy,tripe taste like they not changing the grease how I know I work in the food industry. My husband said the guy snatched the ticket out his hand . Bad attitude. And only thing was cool was the fried mushrooms to an extent. Bread was soggy from no draining of grease for my $24 dollars .then he wanted a 30 %tip . Look we try and support but you giving Un quality food. I would love to add a picture. Just don’t eat in here . They need a upgrade from cashiers to cooks. You can get ppl sick cooking everything in the same grease and it’s old at that. If I wanted my money back I would’ve had a verbal problem. So it’s a lost. but don’t ever,ever,ever eat there. Signed very unsatisfied customer.

OMGosh! Best steak sandwich ever! And my friend said the Chicken Philly was great! The fries were amazing too, fresh and crispy with good seasoning. The guy working the counter have great customer service, he was so friendly and personable, making each customer feel like they mattered! We will definitely be back.

The chicken wings were really good. Fried crispy but not hard and the fries were light and fluffy. And I love how they actually listened and didn’t put lemon pepper on my food!
