Place an online order for the new bacon chicken sandwich that they have and a Big Mac waited inside the store for 26 minutes and I got the wrong chicken sandwich. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the bacon one. I’m at work so I can’t even go back to complain and get a new one I want credit for this The item I ordered was $6.39 before tax. The item I got was $4.79 before tax. I tried to call the store and it’s just busy line so I guess they took their phone off the hook

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst McDonald’s
experiences I’ve had. Most of the employees were dressed as if they were lounging at home-very unkempt and unprofessional. Service was extremely slow; we waited about 8 minutes just to place our order and 26 minutes longer for our order while employees stood around chatting among themselves. The self-service kiosks were not working, which only added to the delay.
When we finally received our food, it was not warm, several items were missing, and the orange juice watered down. Overall food prep and quality were very poor.
The only positive was one individual I believe to be a manager. He was a Black man, neatly dressed, professional, friendly, and helpful-the only employee who appeared to take pride in his role and customer service.
This location needs a complete overhaul.
Management should reinforce basic hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism. Employees should come to work clean, neat, and in at least a uniform shirt with appropriate pants not baggy and sagging Food prep, service speed, and accountability all need serious improvement.
Very disappointing experience. This was a complete failure in everything. It was a comedy show at least. My dog enjoyed the breakfast though

I know that employees in food service don’t get the credit they deserve for the work that they do; it can be fast paced, stressful, and guests don’t always have the precedent they need to understand setbacks, nor are they always kind when it comes to having to wait.

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. I get it— I’ve been the one running the window in that scenario. You never know what’s holding up the line, whether it be a large order, shortage of staff, or someone who’s still learning how everything works.

When I got to the first window, the employee was wonderful. She had a smile on her face and greeted me kindly. At the second window, I see the employee operating the POS is new and being trained by (I assume) a manager— he had dark hair, accent, tattoo on his forearm. I smiled and told them that they are doing a great a job.. it was very busy and I know what a difference one kind word can make; however, the man training her was incredibly rude to me for offering the compliment. He shook his head in annoyance and waved me off. The girl looked like she was on the verge of tears. Maybe the issue with the drive thru times being so terrible this morning wasn’t the trainee, rather the manager training her who had zero patience and an apathetic attitude at best. I will never understand people who meet kindness with disrespect.

So I want to start by saying, there were absolutely no napkins in the bag, hash browns was a little undercooked, and the cheese in the burritos are hard. They need to be made when they are ordered so the cheese doesn’t get hard. That is absolutely disgusting. The young man handing the food out, was a little overbearing. He comes out the window to hand food out but yet has some long arms to where he doesn’t need to come out some, but he was polite and nice with a smile on his face even though that is one of the coldest spots in the morning. Good job for putting up with the cold ypung man!

I placed a mobile order for some food and a caramel macchiato. While I was ordering, my husband walked up to the counter to ask for a cup of water. After standing there for several minutes, a girl came to the front, and he asked her if she could help him, and she said that she was on a break. He told her that he and another man had been waiting at the front for several minutes. She offered to find someone to help them, and he got the cup of water. When I went inside to pick up my order, I saw my food was ready and heard a female employee tell the male employee working with her that she still needed the caramel macchiato to complete the order. He asked her if it was hot or iced, and she said iced. I told her that I ordered a hot one not an iced one. She tried to tell me that caramel macchiato is always iced. I told her again that I ordered a hot one. The male employee said it was no problem because he had actually already started making it as a hot drink. The girl that argued with me picked up my bag of food and pitched it back on the counter in front of me with an attitude. I shouldn’t have to plead my case about what drink I want. And I definitely didn’t deserve to have her pitch my bag back down on the counter. Shout out to the male employee who was super nice and helpful, but he did also tell me that he was filling in from another store.

I would give no stars if I could. Against my better judgement I thought I would try this place again….utter disappointment. You would think I would learn my lesson. The big red flag was that there was no one there at 1215. I placed my order. Received my order. Left. Took a drink of my soda and it was wrong. I ordered Coke and got a Dr Pepper. Then when I got home and pulled out my food, the McChicken seemed a little light…. well it would be since there was no McChicken patty in between the buns. $3 for mayo lettuce and a bun. How does this even happen! will NEVER go to this or any other McDonalds in Branson. One should not have to check their bag but for sure never open your food to make sure the food is there!!

When did “Fast” food start taking longer to get ordered and have food in hand than it does at a sit in restaurant??? Seriously fast food can’t be this difficult to operate. Literally 10 minutes and the drive thru line never moved. Went inside to order instead and was in there for 10 minutes before anyone even checked to see if there was a line. Maybe get a bell since that seems to be needed.

I was told when I ordered a holiday pie that it would take about 8 minutes. By the time we reached the pickup window, it had been exactly 8 minutes. At that point, I was asked to pull forward and told it would be another 3 minutes. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I eventually went inside to get the pie myself and was told the employee was too busy to bring it out. If staff are unable to bring orders outside, cars should not be asked to pull forward. This was a frustrating and poorly handled experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I waited 20 minutes for a hamburger and fries. Then the burger was a single and should have been a double. So I took it back to the counter and waited another ten minutes for a hamburger. Other people had waited 30+ minutes for their meals. Unacceptable for a fast food joint.
