we ordered an extra small southern style sweet tea lemonade or whatever the heck and they just gave us a cup to fill ourselves at the drink station that doesnt even have lemonade HAHA. so we just had sweet tea. kinda sad, we were excited about the lemonade
i picked no pickle but the app mustve glitched out or something because it undid that at some point and i got a pickle. so make sure you double check because their app sucks
funniest part was my partner picked LIGHT pickle and apparently thats HALF a pickle. bro come on. normal amount of pickles is one pickle and light pickle is half a pickle. they runnin low on their own burger ingredients back there in their burger kitchen

I come to all of our Missouri twice a year. I’m from Wisconsin and Wisconsin MacDonald employees are not very happy people nor are they customer oriented people but every time I come to bolivar I have a great experience, but today was one of the best so there was a new young man on the register that needed help and the manager came right away and was so gentle and encouraging to him. It made me smile inside…. They kind of got my order wrong, but she remedied it immediately!!! Would really struck out to me was the smile on her face. The kindness in her heart is so important for Customer Service yet this country lacks that miserably.!! It could be the area that people are kinder, but I just say kudos to this young woman manager that helped me with my order , corrected it & added to it to accurate me!! We need more people like this behind the counters!!! They deserve better, pay great benefits, and just all around a pat on the back once in a while!! I want this young woman recognized for her kindness, mostly and her happy demeanor!!! She certainly knows how to do CustomerService!!! God bless her!!!

ii i could put 0 stars i would…..i ordered a 10 piece McNugget and as i went to eat one there was a spider DEEPFRIED and still ON THE WEB on my nugget. i went back and the manager was very disrespectful towards us and didn’t believe us as it’s very clear. yall need to do better keeping your food and kitchen sanitized.

Out of the 5 times I went there in the morning (around 7am), fast drive thru, friendly staff, good food, competent orders,
one time though they claimed coffee machine was getting cleaned… at 7am? Strange to clean it at the peak morning coffee time. (Likely new or lazy staff, not the norm, was on sunday morning a few weeks back. )

we decided to stop here on our trip back to nebraska. we realized it was a little busy but didn’t think it would take too long. we ordered 4 breakfast burritos and 2 hashbrowns. that’s it. 4 giant families walked in after us, but we ordered before them. they ALL got served before us and they had like 15 kids combined. i talked to 2 employees asking about our order. it took 35 MINUTES of waiting. thirty. five. pathetic. thanks for adding to my trip and ruining all the progress we made! maybe learn to read and serve in order??

The past couple times that I have gone to McDonald’s the drinks I’ve gotten have either tasted bad or not been fully filled up.The last time I went The lady that handed me my drink tilted it forward so that I wouldn’t realized it was only half way filled and when I said something about it she said it’s the machine so it’s difficult to fill it up all the way which that’s not how it works and if it is doing that then something needs to be fixed. You shouldn’t be able to charge someone full price for a drink and give them a half fill soda, shake, or smoothy.

I’ve been a customer for years, just intermittently. The person who takes your order, at any time of day, on any given day, gets part of it wrong. Often times, I’ll order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and get McGriddle version and the upcharge in price, along with the size larger coffee than I ordered, which is another upcharge that I did not ask for.
Other times, I’ll order a burger and get a chicken sandwich.
I’ve eaten inside >40 times. It’s always dirty, especially around the soda and condiments area.
I highly do not recommend this restaurant. Go anywhere else.

I literally had 4 simple things in my order. 2 mcmuffins a sausage egg and cheese bagel and a hash brown. didn’t get a hashbrown at all. the sandwiches were all so cold that the cheese was hard and there wasn’t even SAUSAGE on the bagel. this is what happens when you let little kids run a restaurant. do better!
