usually i love going to mcdonald’s but this particular time i went to get sundaes, i ordered extra hot fudge they charged me 50 cents for and there was barely any on top which i’m not to upset about it was still delicious. the girl that handed them to me was very rude. i asked for a drink carrier and she rolled her eyes and said i guess, handed me my hot fudge sundae and there was fudge all over the side it got all over my hand. i work in the fast food industry and all i can say is we all have our bad days just put on a fake smile at least and maybe be a little less rude to customers.

This place has gone nowhere but downhill the past couple years under the new management. The fries are always burnt from not changing the oil and they’re always soggy and cold. The drive thru window where you pick up the food the workers are always rude

At least their usual “we’re holding on your eggs, please pull around” lets me knock out a few levels of Candy Crush while I wait for my sometimes correct drive-thru order. Houston McDonald’s is like a box of chocolates… You fill in the rest.
