Do better please. Came in at 8:30pm and it’s closed. It’s after the snow storm and roads are good. Why do workers and managers don’t care about others. As a truck driver and nothing else is available is sad. Why take the job if even after a snow storm you don’t want to come into work. It’s not like all the employees haven’t experienced a snow storm before. Thanks for nothing. Drove all day and no dinner for me. Ugh so frustrating. I do my job and deliver freight just to get let down at the end of the day.

I’m not a big complainer. Ive been going through this McDonald’s more often since I recently started working over here. There has not been a time ive come through Here and my order has not been messed up. I’m always fine with just getting it fixed with no fuss but I’m always treated as a criminal when I ask for a replacement item or anything else. The short lady. Not trying to be rude I just don’t know her name is always the one running things when this happens

Food is always warm. Came here at 6:00PM the cashier gave us a half full drink. When we mentioned the issue she gave us a bit of attitude about it. Took 15 mins just to get our food and fixed drink. Not the first time I’ve came here at dinner time and service was slow

Super tired of going here and ordering a large sweet tea and getting an unsweetened tea. I usually go to the mobile order check in and have it brought to my car, and today I went through the drive through. It’s unsweetened. I’m not driving back into town to have them fix it.
