I specifically wanted to reach out to compliment the young man who took care of me. I neglected to get his name but he was relatively tall and had dark hair and served me at approximately 3 o’clock PM on Thursday, January 15, 2026 (order #206 if it helps). Everything about my interaction with him was pleasant and I left the restaurant with a smile on my face at how friendly and efficient and courteous he was. I was also surprised at how quickly my order came out.

The fries were good the Big Mac bun was as dry as the desert there was no sauce on the top or the bottom of the bun I took those off and the hamburger was dried too because of that I will not be going back to that McDonald’s… And it wasn’t even busy there was two cars in front of me and one beside me and I know that doesn’t matter I was really looking forward to a hot juicy hamburger and I got a cold dry one.. so I end up paying $9 for fries cuz after two bites I threw that burger in the trash

I’ve been patient for a long time, but… I ordered 40 chicken nuggets to go, and they only gave me 20. I realized this when I got home. This isn’t the first time they’ve forgotten to put something in or mixed it up! They gave me mustard instead of ranch dressing. The potatoes were very dry. They didn’t seem fresh, and the oil was probably too old, because sometimes the potatoes are bitter. I can’t keep coming back from home if something is wrong. I’m in a hurry, so I don’t always have time to check if everything from my order is in the bag. So I refilled my empty glass with free Cola a couple of times to at least smooth things over, which happens sometimes. But they noticed and told me not to do it again. You need to be more responsible and attentive to your orders. Just like you do with your drinks. I’ve started going inside and ordering only because I have to wait about 30 minutes at the drive-thru. Please do better your job. And load receipt paper into the self-service machine. I never have receipts.

This location took entirely too long to bring my friend’s food out. We came as a group and we all finished our food and she still hasn’t received hers. People that ordered after her got their food first. Unacceptable? I think yes. I believe she should get a free hasbrown for the long wait.

I came here in 2011 and to this day, got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my entire life. Obviously it’s been way too long to report any complaints, but I still think about that and frankly, my food poisoning was so bad it was almost impressive how tainted the beef was.

They pretty much screwed up everything in my order I ordered two cheeseburgers fries and a coke. The fries were lukewarm at best the sandwiches were old with the bread kind of hard in places and the coke was off. Should have taken the time to cook something new if the sandwiches and fries were going to be that old

This mcdonalds is super slow. Their management is very rude and it takes 30 minutes to get a menu item that I know for a fact is pre made and then microwaved. Wish I could say this is the first time. But its not. Don’t worry, you’ll be pulled forward out of the drive through line and then forgotten about just so they can meet the time limit on their drive through lines.

This was awful. Went in and the drink station was a mess drinks spilled everywhere. Every table was messy. No one was in line. 3 people in the restaurant including myself. Waited 11 minutes for my fish sandwich and fries. When I received it it was old and had just an inch size piece of cheese on it.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever ever been to in Missouri. Food sucks , staff? What staff? I walked in and there was noone at the counter for the 4 minuts I waited then I left. I went 1 other time and literally was in the drive thru line for 37 min. I was blocked in or I would have left after the 7 minute mark

“Quick heads up for anyone visiting this McDonald’s: check your fries before you leave. My kids’ fries were only half full, and we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for our order. I wish I’d taken a picture. Lesson learned.”
