I went there to get some food I ordered on the app. They were extremely busy. I had to wait a really long time and then they told me to go pull up into the drive-thru waiting parking spots but the one they told me to pull up to was already occupied so I had to pull up into one next to it which was not a drive-thru waiting spot. I had to get the attention of a worker who was already outside so they knew where I was parked. When they brought out my food they forgot my fries. When I brought it to their attention they brought me extra crispy hard and cold fries. Afterwards I called them and they told me verbatim,”well maybe you should go call the at extra krispy store?”. Needless to say, I called corporate. In the video you can hear how crunchy and crispy the fry is. It was not good.

I went into the McDonald’s in Jefferson City around 1 PM to dine in with my son, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet several employees were just sitting around while the lobby was in terrible condition. Trash cans were overflowing, the soda machine area was disgusting, and there was no ketchup in the dispenser—only ketchup cups placed in the picante container.
The lobby and bathrooms were completely unacceptable, especially considering how slow it was. Management appeared unconcerned about the condition of the restaurant or the lack of cleanliness. The food was just as bad—our fries were soggy and not fresh, and the food did not appear to be handled properly. I did not see employees wearing gloves or hair nets, which is very concerning.
To make matters worse, the employee who handed us our food appeared visibly sick, with a runny, irritated nose. This is a serious health concern. Due to the overall unsanitary conditions, I have reported this location to the health department for follow-up. This McDonald’s needs immediate attention from management.

Every time we stop in at this McDonalds traveling through (so this has happened multiple times, different times of the day/year) it takes 20+ min to get our food after placing an order inside. You would think we’d learn our lesson but we’re baffled every single time how it can take a McDonalds restaurant so long to prepare food when there is very few people ordering.

We were starving after the MU game and had a long trip. We had a whole bus and it was 10 min to close. They took our order through the drive through (I tried to make it easy and order 15 of the same thing) they served us without complaint and did a good job. Thanks!

Food was good. Service was horrible. The employees were to busy playing with customers to do their jobs. Forgot multiple items and had to be reminded multiple times that we hadn’t received them. We sat in to eat and they didn’t even bring the food to the table. Every other McDonald’s I’ve been to does this.

This place absolutely sucks. They get every order I get wrong. They never have the right sauces just last night. I tried to get a basket of fry. They had no basket of fry no sauces and a shitty customer service. If this place depends on customers staying open then it doesn’t feel like they care.

Went through the drive-through this morning the The lady taking my order, said she could not hear me so I proceeded to say it louder in which then she has an attitude. Then I get up to the window, and she continues with dirty, looks and scoffs. I asked her what her name was so I could address her properly with a complaint in which she got real angry and asked me. What do you need to complain about me for?? Extremely hostile I told her several things actually I would like your name. I repeatedly asked her for her name no more than a dozen times before she finally said her name was Dawn short red hair, extremely long nails in the kitchen with no gloves unsanitary. Mixed with her extremely poor attitude you guys should be ashamed employing somebody like that. honestly, with her behavior and attitude, she should be let go. There’s no reprimanding that.

Was there tonight and ended up not ordering. Pulled up to the menu to order behind other cars, was told to wait. Watched the other cars clear out and continued to wait for 10 mins without someone taking our order. Pulled up to the window to the employee on there phone claiming they didnt know we were waiting.

I was in there today 9/13/25 around 9-930am with my mom ordering breakfast. There was a lovely older lady just doing it! Top notch with her work hussle. I was impressed with the way she was taking care of customers at the tables, pulling trash, running out food to customers, sweeping and mopping. Doing this with a smile and a fire in her step. I didn’t get her name but I hope she sees this. I’m 16 years old and hear my mom preach about work ethic and taking pride in your work no matter your job. This lady was something to admire and I hope she sees this. Thank you, ma’am. You made an impression on me this morning and I appreciate you.
