Stopped pass for ice cream. My wife got a large ice cream cone, and I got a small blizzard. After we got the order, my wife asked me if they were supposed to turn the cup upside down like they do on the television commercials? There was someone behind us in the drive through, so I didn’t want to hold them up. As we left, I decided to see if the cup could indeed be held upside down. To my dismay, the ice cream started to spill over the edge, and some fell on my pants before I could get the cup upright. The blizzard was delicious, but it was not “firm” as advertised.

We recently visited this Dairy Queen and were disappointed with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The counter where they make Blizzards was covered in candy and other debris, the floors were sticky, and some of the staff weren’t wearing proper uniforms, which made the place feel less professional. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. It’s just a takeout-only location, so you’d expect a bit more attention to cleanliness in such a small space. Given our experience, we absolutely won’t be returning, as we have zero faith in this establishment.

I needed a birthday cake, but the website wasn’t very user friendly. I contacted the Camden De store, gave details of what I wanted. The gentleman on the phone couldn’t have been nicer. An hour later, I’m in the drive through picking up the perfect cake when I noticed a young lady meticulously cleaning the ice cream prep area. Love this DQ. Thank you for outstanding service!

Never had a issue with this location u til 2day when I ordered 2 oreo blizzard 1 with sprinkles and a half chocolate and vanilla in cup. Both my kids have a peanut allergy my oreo blizzard with sprinkles had nuts in them which caused my 13yr old daughter to have a allergic reaction I called the facility back and informed them of the issue at hand and they place blame on us saying we should have told them we have a peanut allergy 1st thing 1st I don’t have to disclose anything because I’m not ordering anything with nuts and even if I did disclose it there still could b a mix up well long story short they don’t. Care untrained manager Tim that don’t know how to handle a situation hand b4 u can become manager I’m not sure how ur not equipped to handle a situation where u have peanut in a establishment. It should have been a simple I apologize how can we fix it instead they place blame and do nothing about it I offered to bring it back up in the picture is a chewed up peanut my child spit out and a whole peanut

Terrible! I got a brownie batter blizzard and it was all melted! My friend also ordered a blizzard. It was halfway melted, But had a hair in it. Was expecting better, Usually I come here with no problems but not this time. The ice cream machine was also broken so everybody had to use the drive thru and it took me almost an hour.

Employees do not greet the customers, the workers were total chaos, I have the app to get free items with my rewards and I was still charged full price. Food is great but kinda just rushed and a little sloppy.
