I went today with my boyfriend and we were trying to get our breakfast order because the app said they served breakfast until 10:59 am. Apparently that isn’t true at all. The manager said that the kiosk was slow in changing when the screens were still also in breakfast mode and the app was also in breakfast mode. She had me change my order to either a cheeseburger or a chicken sandwich, even though the entire time the kiosk and screens above the registers were still on breakfast. Even their system would’ve allow them to do lunch reward redemptions, yet they were forcing everyone to do change their breakfast reward to lunch.

This location is the absolute WORST. Just awful. The only reason I go to this location is because it’s 5 minutes from home, but after tonight I’ll drive the 10 minutes out of my way to go to the one on KK. They never get my order wrong, but this location does every time. I’m never coming to this location again!
I was too tired to cook after a long shift at work tonight, so I came here again and ordered my usual: a 2b (BACON QP), a pie, and an unsweet iced tea. Tonight, for the third time in the last month, ALL of my food was stone cold! The pie was cold but somehow still had raw dough in the crust, the entire burger was cold and SWIMMING in a pool of grease (which was so cold this time that it actually congealed and turned white in the corner of the box), and my fries were so cold they were almost rubbery. To top it all off, my burger had NO BACON on it for the third time in a row, even though my box literally said “BACON QTR CHEESE”!
Each time I’ve been here the employees are either engrossed in private conversations like they were tonight (all of which I could hear from my car, none of appeared work-related). Other times I’ve seen the younger workers horsing around through the closed window. None of these employees have any business serving food to people because they clearly aren’t taking the job seriously.
This is how you get people sick! I threw away everything but the tea because I didn’t feel safe eating it, particularly the burger with solidified cheese and congealed grease- I had no way of knowing how long it had been sitting out in a “warmer” that clearly wasn’t turned on.
I wasted nearly an hour’s worth of wages on that nasty mess! This location is a joke and needs a serious visit from a health inspector!

going thru the drive thru and told to wait. 5 minutes later, still no service. drove up to the 2nd window. that girl apologized and said she got distracted and forgot to take my order. reading thru posts, i see they are usually bad but especially on customer service. WENT TO JIMMIE JOHNS. better service. better food

The woman who is the manager is rude, arrogant, mean-spirited, and racist. Terrible service. I will never go back there. I am Latina, and before me, an American said goodbye to him politely and with a smile. When it was my turn, she was rude. She practically threw my food and treated the other employees poorly.

The manager was hateful and disrespectful towards his employees. Two of the employees walked out so there was only 1 other employee working on the grill and preparing the food. I was ok with waiting for my food which was 30 mins because I completely understood why it took so long, what I wasn’t ok with was the way the manager carried himself and spoke to the employee.

Lordt! How long does one have to wait at a window for someone to come to it? 7 minutes. But the good thing was, we could see the 4 ladies gossiping while we waited at the drive thru window… Bravo ladies.
