The times supposedly say open 24 hours, but it seems that whenever I want to get something past midnight, it’s always closed despite workers being in there, looking like they’re having a good time and even eating and sharing fries together. I’ve come at different hours to see if maybe it’s a scheduled grill clean or whatnot, and without fail, every single time, I get told they’re closed. And if I do get lucky, I am greeted with terrible attitudes and general dislike towards me.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve been going to this jack in the box for 8 years and it has gone down hill. There’s always full trash cans and it smells like a porter potty when you walk in. But the worst part is that within the past 3 weeks me and my friend both got food poisoning form here. Super upset bc this used to be my go to spot for a quick meal but I don’t even trust drinking a cup of water from here

Been goin to this Jack for a while since it’s 24hrs and it’s in the neighborhood every time in the morning is great but for some reason every time I go at night the lady at the drive thru the larger lady with black hair and blonde highlights attitude is always rude and tonight they mess up my order and I ask for specific sauce gave me wrong sauce and had to wait 5 min for her to come back at the window to ask for the sauce without checking my order, knowing there was a big line of only there was another 24 hr jack in the box not this crappy night crew for months

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had such a negative experience at this Jack in the Box that I felt I needed to share. The drive-thru worker was extremely rude for no reason at all. I was polite and clear with my order, but the tone and attitude I received were disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand fast food can be stressful, but treating customers this way is not acceptable. Management should look into this because it creates a terrible experience and makes me not want to return.

What’s the point of sealing the bag if you didn’t even put any condiments? It clearly says what condiments and utensils are needed on the receipt that they are given but they ignore it EVERY SINGLE TIME. What’s the point Lol. Not ordering from here anymore

This location constantly gets orders wrong, so this latest experience is the last straw for me. Received a double when I ordered a triple bonus jack. Did the survey online, no response from them, so I guess jack doesnt really listen.. I didn’t even drive in during a busy hour at 2:00 pm!

It says online that this location is 24 hours but there was no one to take my order. There were two cars in front of me that weren’t able to order either.
Not sure if the employees just left or if the hours changed. If the hours have changed they should 100% be updated. If it’s still 24 hours then management needs to get a hold of their employees because it’s not cool. I haven’t been to a jack in the box in a long long time and the first time I decide to go back.. I get this horrible service (NO service) which kind of suck. And as I’m writing this.. there’s another car that just passed by unable to obtain food. Something needs to change.

Terrible service!!! I just went there and it’s supposed to be open 24 hours, but the employees looked like they were asleep… I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and nobody even acknowledged me!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened at Jack in the Box… i have proof

Waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes is not considered fast food. There’s a long line, and people are hungry. I found a pubic hair in the salad container after shaking it up with ranch. Made me lose appetite after seeing it. I could imagine how unsat the place is. Check your food before eating it.
