I just walked in and stood at the counter hoping to get a quick bite and a coffee. I drive for a distribution company in San Marcos. I kid you not I’m standing there making eye contact with 3 people. Not 1 “good morning”or “be with you soon.” Still standing there looking over the menu. When it’s apparent I wasn’t getting service I walked out. And still I hear nothing from anyone working. Everyone should be fired.

Just ordered food from them and and my food was cold. The tacos and the stuffed jalapeños. In all my 15 years of eating jack in the box I have never been given cold food. I will not be going back as I’m writing this, my stomach is already hurting because of the left out food I purchased. And I live down the street literally there was no way the food temp went down as I live 1 min away.

I often work early morning and attempt to stop by this location since its listed as open 24/7. Almost everytime i visit past 2am the location is closed. The management needs to update the hours if they arent actually going to be open 24/7

Rarely go to fast-food restaurants but I wanted to try the Mint Shake which is seasonal. It was very good but expensive. Got it out of my system. Maybe I will try it again next year if they bring it back.

They forgot something in our order in the drive thru when we asked for it they wanted to make us go in the long drive thru again , the so called manager and this employee came out ready to fight and cussing when we told them we would not go in the long line again , hope they get fired I’ve never seen any managers come out saying what’s good with it then trying to fight a customer and refusing to give us our money back or food !
