Pulled in this 24 hour store and ordered food. Not only did they make me wait at the drive thru and helped someone else but when I went to pay cash, $100, they were not prepared. Attached to a busy truckstop, they couldn’t fulfill my order due to not having cash in their register. Did not appreciate the tone from the onshift manager either. Hope it gets better.

We drove all the way from hart mo after calling making sure that they were still open and what time they would be closing we got there 25 minutes before they closed and was told they were closed and couldn’t help us. On Christmas eve why didn’t they just say hey we close at x time but we will be closing early then that so don’t worry about coming here. Then times we have long wait times with just a few people in line food cold but told it would be at least another 10 minutes before we could get hot fries or anything then more than one person sitting at window talking and not paying attention to drinks or food brought up by people in the back just need better bosses to get people doing a better job

We ordered our food at the self check out machine.
While waiting for our food we went to the counter and ordered a small caramel frappe, the girl, looked to be a manager wasn’t friendly at all. We waited 10-15 minutes just for our fries to be soggy and barely even warm along with our Bacon Smokehouses to be barely warm and not made how we customized the order, they added the tomato, but didn’t add extra onion sauce and completely forgot the mustard sauce. The Caramel Frappe is full of ice chunks (not blended well.)

The poor young girl working in the drive-through seemed to bothered to have to be there that day. I guess everyone has good bad days, but in that position, you need to not let it affect your attitude at work.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire every single time im in here. Staff are rude, the kid behind the counter is always smug. Staff walk through like they are going on break from a factory job and there is complete lack of leadership. I see more Staff sitting in booths on break with their friends and family than I do cleaning or being polite. Kudos to McDs for hiring people they found under the overpass, now train them to be polite and serve food promptly.

Listen, I work in the food industry IN TOWN! and come here maybe 3-4 times a week after work. For the past 2 weeks (all those trips there) we have never once gotten the sauce we asked for in the bag, and when asked for extra I am handed MAYBE 1-2 “extras” and told they can’t give me more. Mind y’all those are the ONLY TWO I GET FOR A MEAL WORTH $50! Not a major deal but just rude when y’all aren’t even putting the already given sauce to begin with ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Great service food order was kind of correct.It was a chicken sandwich. It was fresh. But no mayo, lettuce or tomatoes. They completely forgot to put anything at all on it very, very dry. Also no napkin.
