I made a mobile order here. They definitely weren’t the fastest McDonald’s I’ve been to but they did good in managing it. They have stalls for mobile orders and drive threw people while they wait if needed so I appreciate that. I suggest always going threw the app they have good deals on there all the time.

Went to the drive thru between 10 and 10:30 pm. Received part of our order while waiting for the rest of the order, attempted to eat the fries and they were overcooked. Tried to return them and the woman said we should have drove up quicker. Also stated we would be charged if we wanted another order of fries. There was a car ahead of us. We were waiting for our turn. Poor customer service and quality of food was not desirable. Just lost a customer.

Worst service ever. Told our order twice and the girl said say it again someone was talking. By the time she came back my coupon had vanished. Y’all been there. Can’t help me without the coupon. 3 more cars went through the other drive thru, while we sat. 30 minutes with 3 cars originally ahead of us. And our order was wrong.

The restaurant seemed fairly clean, but there were only 2 stalls to use and only the wheelchair one had toilet paper. They only have loud (unsanitary) hand dryers to dry your hands and no paper napkins dispenser anywhere as another option. There also weren’t any trash bins other than the small ones in the stall to throw anything away.
