Always a let down here. The lines are always ridiculously long and after getting to the window they make you wait in a parking spot. I have had on my worst experience here 30+ minutes of waiting. Today I ordered through the app at 10:11am and by the time I got through the line they told me it was 10:31 and they couldn’t make my food since it was breakfast. Just better to go anywhere else since the time they waste here is always unbelievable

This is possibly the best McDonald’s I have ever been too. I ordered from the drive thru and the food was hot, fast and fresh. All in all a very pleasant experience.

This is a great McDonald’s. It is clean and the associates are courteous. My only complaint is how small the bathroom is and in particular the non disabled stall I am posting a video of what that looks like. The bathroom has cold water to wash your hands, but it did have soap and it has hand dryers not paper towels.

They were charging for a side of sauce for my French fries and then when the window girl told us she’d take it off and to ask for it at the next window, and when we pulled up they said “we were told to give you none at all since you took it off your order”. Horrible management for whoever “tells” employees to not give customers what they ask for, or to charge for sauce when one should already come with your order for a dipping side. And horrible employees for talking to paying customers disrespectfully!!!
Do not go to this awful McDonalds. Should have gotten my money back after the nasty comment was made…

I got there about 2:30 and they were very fast and the food was hot and fresh. However, they must get the night shift worked out. I was in the Drive-Thru it was approximately 10:00 and they say open until 11:00 I was told anyway both driving through aisles were were loaded they were busy I’ll give him that but they were so busy but they had somebody run out to the front window take orders and then run off to do something and I sat in line for 45 minutes cuz I was trapped I couldn’t get up. Now that’s not the problem my problem well that is a problem but what really set me off is when I got up to the window to pick up my food the little girl that was feeling drinks I guess for the people behind me cuz I didn’t order drinks and there was no food sitting there a heavy set girl comes up behind her and she puts her hand down in the sack and starts eating the french fries and I just went ballistic and they actually kicked me off a lot I said everybody with any common sense whatsoever knows it’s against company policy for you to be eating behind that counter in front of customers and she said well it’s the next car back and it’s my boyfriend’s I said it doesn’t matter you’re standing there leaning against the pole people are running all over in there because you said you were short-handed and you’re standing there feeding your face with french fries when did you go wash your hands after you didn’t but you got you through me off the lot so I think somebody needs to put some Management in there at night and people need to start calling corporate because we could use another McDonald’s on the other side of town to take care of all of the weekend and and summer and you know going to the lake people and then the one there that you have now can mostly be local people figure it out it’s McDonald’s I’m sorry but I am really tired of being nice when evidently nice and this doesn’t get you anywhere and I’m 71 years old and I’ve always tried to be nice and I always have been nice until someone pushes my button and lack of employees is a personal problem for McDonald’s it should not be for the customer.
As far as being able to write the place with stars because it’s different during the day than it is at night so there’s no place for me to split it up and say you know this shift was is great and this shift is just kids playing around too much time around eating food in front of the customers you know you don’t give enough options for proper responses. And I lived here most of my life and I’ve gone to that McDonald’s and I know I know what good service is and I know what bad services is.

Always check your order before leaving to make sure all items are in the bag. They didn’t put 2 hasbrown orders in the to go bag. Customer service number is conveniently “busy”.

Checked into a spot @7:48 AM called into the store at 8:02 AM to check on my 2 burrito meal! Was told it would be out in just a moment. Order was delivered COLD @ 8:05 AM. Yes she apologized and put cookies in too although, I was the only one in a pickup spot! Ridiculous to leave someone sitting that long for one easy meal!
