I ordered from this McDonald’s couple times and I was disappointed in what I received this is the first McDonald’s that’s consistent with under performance horrible food and cold it’s like they take it out the freezer and put in a to go bag. I cannot stress how bad it is. Never gave me decent food I ordered something to eat that’s fresh not hard uncooked chicken, there’s no way this is not a health hazard I even put them in the microwave for whole 8 minutes still was uneatable and looked unappetizing. Me and my boyfriend pulled into the drive thru to order and was greeted with nothing but rudeness. It was very rude and snippy she got very upset when we ordered more than one meal and then thought we were trying to make a separate order when we said nothing about that. She should not be working with customers, I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this here the employee has red short hair and looks like an older woman. But after she took our order a very nice gentleman helped us pay and get our food. He was very polite and quick to get our food.

This place is ridiculous. For one how hard is it to count 6 chicken nuggets which wat I ordered for my grandchild I get the nugget box says 6 on it but open it only 4 are in there not 6 my granddaughter is 4 yrs old and can count to 20 and count upto 20 items the Hispanic girl that works drive thru on nights is as rude as they come. Even when I work doordash and have to pick up orders for customers she is still rude no good customer skills from her at all if she hates her job thatvmuch well go find another one dont make everyone else miserable because u are i order fries with no salt so why is it I get my order and my fries are cold as heck and soggy but dark basically like they just recooked already done fries instead of fresh like they suppose to when u order without salt basically ended up whole order was cold I say something about fries cold she says oh well they busy not her problem the food cold well if u busy then food should have been hot and fresh lol but ok whatever just sad that the quality of fast food has decreased so much over the years more so now with fast food places so disappointed and tired of nothing being done with food I pay to have cooked and prepared for myself and family that I work hard for to beable to beable to take family put for a treat which is becoming more difficult with times and u would also think with wat the employees make an hour u would get better service and better quality with price increases on food and stuff not horrible and treated rudely by the employees that are paid to do a job and deal with people

Order was taken wrong. They would not stop talking long enough to hear order. Always trying to guess what you were saying. Food was severed cold for inside dining. One sandwich was wrong due to order taking. Went to correct before nobody paying attention to counter. Fish sandwich was ordered no tartar sauce due to allergies. Sandwhich came out with tartar sauce. Had been held in warmer for awhile. Cheese was maybe 1/4 on sandwich. If we were not in a hurry would have waited for someone to correct it. As is just threw away a 5$ sandwhich. Would not recommend. They were not in a lunch rush as it was about 145pm and nobody at counter.

The only place in this part of town that will hire 14 year olds. Service and consistency are great considering that they have several employees that are experiencing their first job.
These are the places we should be supporting, I wish more companies would follow McDs leadership of workforce development and hire more high-school kids.
However, keep in mind that these are kids learning the real world and we need to nurture these early work experiences. Try to be understanding and not act like a jerk.

Well… I’m here every night after work I need to quit it lol but I’m so hungry after work. The bearded drive thru guy is awesome. Some of the ladies at night are a bit thick skinned with the night but no issues.

I witnessed an employee use the restroom & exit without washing his hands. I asked the same employee who was the manager on duty, he said he was & proceeded to lie about washing his hands in the kitchen. I said I don’t believe that & he got rather unruly before a another employee pulled him away. No chance I’ll ever stop here again.

They have a monopoly thing and everytime I order things specifically from that menu, I’m missing the stickers on one to two items (whether it be a large fry or a big mac). I don’t eat mcdonald’s every day but wanted to participate. It makes me not want to order from this location… The guy that takes the money wore his hood the whole time. When I got to the window, he was making faces of disgust. He was also faking his customer service. 10/29/25

I just used the drive-through at this location. I had the pleasure of speaking with Veronica. She took my order so pleasantly out performing even Chick-fil-A. If you have a chance to use the drive-through at this location I hope Veronica takes your order. This was the best McDonald’s drive-through interaction I’ve ever had.

I wouldn’t recommend going there past 10pm. The service is bad. Long lines that take forever to get through. Credit card machine always down. Then there’s no active cameras. Just a month or two ago went to the drive thru and a car in front of me decided to reverse back into my car and drove off. I kept calling McDonald’s asking to see if they got video but the managers never called me back. Cops tried to get video still the same thing. Called again someone said that they don’t have any active cameras that records.
