Why is it that 1 this McDonald’s lies about its hours and 2 I have to park my car and wait for them to bring my food out just so they can fudge their drive thru numbers to make themselves look better even though half of the staff is rude, and 3 their ice cream machine is always down when it gets warmer. However an employee admitted that their ice cream machine is “broken” because they don’t want to take the time to clean it.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two large drinks. The person taking the order was rude and very short. When we got our food, it was the wrong order, so the drive-thru person asked to see our receipt. I handed it to her, and she asked us to pull forward so they could prepare our order. We waited several minutes when a man brought our order but no napkins and no receipt. I asked about the receipt, and he replied, “I can get it for you if you need it.” I asked for it, and it was another few minutes before he came back with my receipt but seemed aggravated that he had to retrieve it. Very poor customer service.

This is probably the best McDonald’s in Clarksville because 90% of the time, the food is fresh and accurate! The lobby and prep area are CLEAN! And the staff is friendly. We go out of our way to come to this location because the one on Wilma Rudolph and Tiny Town are a nightmare, it literally takes an hour to get your food there and it’s always stale and nasty or wrong. Keep doing a great job Sango McDonald’s! We appreciate it!

I asked for my double hamburger to have no cheese because I am lactose intolerant and it was ordered correctly but prepared with cheese anyway which I scraped off. Most McDonald’s can get this right. The French fries are always great.

I’d give less but not an option…. ZERO Star to McDonald’s on Exit 11… Tried to order food at the second drive through window, and the lady who works that one said “one moment please”, while waiting, three cars went though the first drive through window very quickly, we asked the lady if we could order food and she wouldn’t let us order food because she had her hands tied with other stuff, either put up a sign that says “use the other drive through window” or have someone else take over because that is not acceptable when there’s a bunch of cars in line…… needless to say since we weren’t able to order, we left, Service Zero, Not Lovin It.

Still always a wait at McDonald’s, but the food is at least fairly consistent. One negative about this particular visit is that the drive thru person who hands you your food said NOTHING and just handed me a bag. No smile. No personality. No service. I think fast food workers are getting paid better than even retail workers. Smile!
