Unfortunately, they gave me no coin change for my cash payment stating that they were were out of coins at the moment. Yes, they short-changed me. It is rather incredible that a business that utilizes cash would not be prepared for conducting business by having cash on hand.

I go here more than I would like to admit. So with that being said, only a very few times has our order been messed up. I recently stared getting the .99 coffee through the app because its such a good deal. I go about my day drinking my coffee and see a floating black spot on the top of my coffee bobbing up and down. I thought it was maybe a coffee ground so I went to the sink to get it out and realized it wasn’t a coffee ground, because those sink to the bottom. This was a fly maybe thats why its .99

This is my favorite location in the area. Theyre cheaper in app, for some reason? Which disnt bother me since my son is Autistic and loves fries. This location rarely gets my order wrong and they’re honestly fast with curbside. I don’t like exiting though, the light is scary to go through so I usually drive the long way home to avoid the light

The worst customer service and while working an overnight shift had to go through the line twice to place my coworker and my order and the the drive thru attendant argued about my app code and so spent my whole lunch in line only to not be able to eat! The orders were 2 McChickens for my coworker and for my order a McChicken a large drink and a side a big Mac and the app code was for a free med fry with 2 dollar purchase. I order more for my family of 5! Use common sense people I can’t come inside at 130 am so sorry I work overnight and needed to eat! Ridiculous! They don’t even answer the phone so I can complain to management talk about inconveniencing the customer! I will never give this location my business again!

Specifically asked for no onions, not only was there a shit ton of onions, but onions shoved between every single layer of cheese and patty. It’s literally easier to NOT put onions. The incompetence at this location is insane my order is never right.

I asked for cheese and ketchup only on my cheeseburger, drove away feeling fairly confident that date could make my order correctly, but to my dismay, my order was not correct. I was confused opening my burger, thinking I might have ordered from Wendy’s on accident, because there was ketchup and mayonnaise loaded on my burger. So much mayonnaise, that my burger was taking a bath in it. Alas, I returned to the location, had to stand in line for several minutes behind a man who was very confused as to why McDonald’s did not offer a military discount, and had to wait several more minutes for my food to be made correctly. I don’t know why I continue to give McDonald’s a chance time after time. They let me down every time, regardless of the location. Don’t people get tired of the inadequacy of fast food workers? They continue to raise the price, lower the quality of the product, and the employees that serve us the food. And we’re expected to smile and say okay, no worries right? It’s unfair as a consumer that we are expected to shut up and take it. Rant over.

I placed a mobile order that allowed me to order breakfast, then I pull up at the window and they tell me they can’t make it. Why does your app allow me to order something that I can’t have if I get to the actual location and it’s been switched over to lunch. It’s especially frustrating because I was in your line during breakfast time but you guys take forever to push people through and make food so it got to lunch time before I could get my order picked up.

Terrible management terrible service. The food was cold by the time it got to me when I was in the drive-through the walk-in lobby was closed. They gave me the wrong food in the manager. Got an argument with me and I’m not an argumentative person. I would not recommend.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and extra onions (which is a small up charge). They gave me some dried out old burger that was not customized at all and looked like it had been sitting around for an hour, and the bottom bun was burned. The girl at the drive-through window had zero customer service skills.

Ordered a large water, a free hash brown utilizing a code in my app, and a plain biscuit with cheese added. Everything was fresh, the cashier who cashed me out was pleasant, and the guy whom gave me my order was super nice and even complimented my nails! I wish I would have gotten names for kudos. In any case thank you all for your wonderful customer service and fresh food!
