Well, so first of all, it’s a mcdonalds, everyone has been to a mcdonalds. But, this may be the busiest mcdonalds i have ever seen. There is a line around the building if it is 3 in the afternoon or 3am, always takes a long time to get through this place. They are super inconsostent on their cookies, sometimes they are big and wonderful. Sometimes they are small and hard, and every combination inbetween! (I guess maybe i get too many mcdonalds cookies, huh?) But, either way they are a better deal than hyvee cookies and are better than their store-made kind even on a bad day! The other food is more consistent, though sometimes the fries come with way to little salt… i guess that’s easier to fix than too much salt, but still of not for a review I guess!

Honestly, such a friendly and wonderful experience! I think we all almost expect poor service from fast food chains, but not here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and took great care in their work! Keep up the fantastic job!

So every time I go to this location the mess up my order and this last time was it for me. Go thry drive threw. Not only do they accidentally have ne pay for someone else order they did it twice. The card then would no longer work. Due to them. I was then told that I was out of luck. This was the only card I had money on to feed my son till payday. But instead of the manager being understand and comping the meal for the trouble he was insensitive and repeated I cant give you 18 worth of food even if it is our fault. So ya im done and will be talking to his manager tomorrow. Save ourself the trouble dont go to this local.

I visited this McDonald’s,Saturday afternoon, it wasn’t Crowded & the
Atmosphere, was nice & very much
Pleasant, it was indeed, very Clean &
l didn’t have to wait long for my food
& I dine in….l Order the Xtra crispy chicken combo with a Sprite…. & it was great, & the fries were Hot also.

Went to get food today at 7:20pm. I ordered a 4 piece happy meal and a 10 piece meal as well as a mcdouble. I explain to the order taker that I would like this fresh, and apologize because I know that it will take longer, but that I tried to go inside and was told the lobby was closed so I had to go through here.
He said it was fine, and that he would let them know. I get to the window to get my food and they immediately hand it to me. Which, if it was fresh, should not have happened. I give them the benefit of the doubt and try a fry. Cold. Limp. Gross. Granted, maybe it was a straggler from the last batch and I just happened to pick it up, but given that the bag was handed right away, I’m guessing not. I touch a nugget and figure it’s probably not fresh either. The girl comes to the window and I explain that I had asked for it to be fresh, apologized again, and explained that I did try to come into the lobby to avoid blocking the drive through. She turns to the other workers and seems to be explaining the situation and I see one of them tell her to just make it fresh. She asks me to pull around and so I do.
A few minutes later they bring my food out. First thing I notice is the whole bag is hot. From the top with no food,, to the bottom. Odd. I touch a fry. Off to a good start. Fry feels fresh. I grab the nugget box. Feels hot. I open it, and take a bite. Stale. I imagine what’s happened is that they made fresh fries (maybe they take less time than nuggets?) Then threw the rest into the microwave to heat it up thinking I wouldn’t notice.
Sometimes you’re just having a bad day and all you want is some fresh food. I don’t think that’s much to ask for.

Staff is really cool. The cashier made a joke about not accepting my BOGO coupon and has this classic Mexican accent. It’s amazing. Very sweet people! The Big Macs were delicious. Possibly best ever! It has the ancient McDonald’s one-arch design parking back to better days!

Every time I ask for a sausage biscuit with American cheese yall seem to forget it. And I can tell the bisquit isn’t freshly made yall threw it in the microwave making it overly hot and more doughy. Do better. I gotta add my own cheese at home more times than I can count. Waited 12 minutes today just for my order to be wrong.

Order a large French fries threw the app for curbside waiting 30 minutes, nothing. Went through the drive thru, got the wrong order, went inside and was told they didn’t have my order and even showed my receipt and wasn’t given my food.
