I’m a door dasher and recently had a bad injury. I got through the drive through and told them I had an order. They said why don’t you get just another job if you re handi capped and can’t walk. Like seriously? This was the manager that said this. All I needed was a door dash order for a customer and I had all the documentation. I can’t believe it went thar south so quickly.

I always get my food prepared well done because I had received a few hamburgers not done. And it would be done on one side and Grey on the other who would eat that ? I spend $ 30 to $ 50 dollars every time I go to this mcds. I’ve been going to this one I particular for at least 26 yrs. And this Mgr named Maria. Was the rudest person I’ve ever met. And gives hateful looks. She actually told her team members that she was sick of me ordering my burgers and chicken nuggets well done and tried to refuse to fix them after I had to drive around to drive through for the 3rd time. I brought this to another Mgr attention. This Maria is horrible at customer service . I will stop and not be going to this mcds if she’s not dealt with. She gave me dirty looks n hateful looks. I do not appreciate being treated like that!! I spend a lot of my hard earned money there, but I’ll be going to another one if this lady is allowed to treat customers like that .Thank you, Melody underwood

Went to get food today at 7:20pm. I ordered a 4 piece happy meal and a 10 piece meal as well as a mcdouble. I explain to the order taker that I would like this fresh, and apologize because I know that it will take longer, but that I tried to go inside and was told the lobby was closed so I had to go through here.
