Went and got my son a crispy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was super small and the bun was burnt. When people put sandwiches or food together, do they not look at that and say we should probably not send a sandwich out like that?! And the bottom roll on mine was very dry and hard.

Nice place. But they always manage to mess up my food. Non-english speaking people here. They gave me a sandwich that was literally petrified ask for a fresh one and they took the dried out meat and put it on a different bun. See my photo of my deluxe chicken sandwich

Does not have parking. The French fries taste like onion rings. The ic3 cream is black. People with wheelchairs need to drive outside through the drive through to be serves and if you do not have an electric chair you will be stuck behind others that are ordering. They only have Styrofoam straws in paper cups. The employees have there OF on their name badge we can help them. They use the toilet bowl brush to clean the hamburger spatula. You will required to have a piece of your hair turned in for scientific research on preservative requirements for fast food. The meat is not soylent green. The meat is 100% certifiable animal meat but unfortunately depending on road rage and any other animal lives lost is what meat you will receive. They craft each burger in a cardboard roller. Lastly I dont know if this matters they have a hose from the lake that connects to their water source. It gets pumped and goes through the soda machine and defies gravity. Please if you eat from this restaurant make sure you know which meat of the day us on the menu yesterday it was opossum and squirrel. The employees do great with what they have to work with.

annoyed that this location has issues with utilizing the secondary drive through. A simple, “Be right with you” would suffice instead of letting 2 other people pass in the primary order drive through. Happened twice under 2 different times of day. No, I will not issue private feedback, do your own job if you actually cared how employees are directed.

I had a very upsetting experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru yesterday. While paying for my order, the employee Megan at the window became aggressive and abusive after a mistake with my order. She began screaming at me while repeatedly slamming the drive-thru window open and closed.
My special-needs daughter was in the car and witnessed this behavior, which made the situation especially distressing.
When the manager Larry intervened, his response was dismissive and did not appropriately address the seriousness of the employee’s conduct.
No customer should ever be spoken to this way or made to feel unsafe. I hope this location takes steps to address employee behavior and management response moving forward.

Waited 20 minutes for my meal. This happens every time I order to my table. I actually seen what I thought was my meal sitting for 10 minutes. Later confirmed once I started asking for my meal. They hadn’t made my drinks. All of the tables were disgusting. They need new management.

Typically I don’t have any complaints about fast food restaurants. They just are what they are. Usually good, fast, convenient. But the last time I took my family here I ordered fries with my meal – they had almost no salt, and I’m a salt fan. I noticed they had no condiments on the fountain drink counter like they used to (probably to save costs). So I went to the front counter to ask for salt packs after also looking in the condiment basket they kept there. But I stood there for nearly 10 minutes while the staff continued to work in the kitchen. I truly understand it’s busy, but several times staff looked directly at me and made no effort to ask what I needed. Additionally, a staff member walked up to the front counter two separate times to perform a different task but neither time did they ask if I needed help. Eventually another customer came up with a burger that was made incorrectly and he was served before I was. I gave up and we left.

Where do I even start this McDonalds today I went there and set for over 20 minutes in the line and I got to the 2 nd window after all that time wating I just simply asked the manager at the window handing my food if I could buy a sweet tea … and when I asked her that she act like it pissed her off and told me nope go around or come in and have me a go to hell look and walked off and this is the manger I’m talking about … so I got home and I was even missing half the food go figure… if I was the owner I would fire that manger on the spot for treating a customer the way she did me

I’ve placed a mobile pickup order at this location multiple times since moving to the area a couple of months ago. Every time it’s been 15-20 minutes of waiting in the mobile pick up order parking spot before ever getting my food. Tonight I waited for 20 minutes and never got my food so I decided to go inside and ask about it. I was told they didn’t have my order because they accidentally gave it to someone else. They then handed me a bag of food that only had 1/3 of my order in it and the burgers in what they gave me had ingredients that were supposed to be removed (allergies). After I told them the order was wrong, they asked me if I wanted them to remake it? I said I just wanted what I actually paid for, meaning my full and complete (and correct) order. They then handed me another bag, after an additional 20 minutes of waiting at this point, and it appeared to be correct. I then got home and found it was STILL incorrect. Called the store to ask about a refund and spoke with the rudest manager I’ve encountered. She told me it was impossible to do refunds virtually or over the phone (even though other restaurants do them and they had no problem taking my money virtually but apparently can’t give it back?). Having to go back to the store to get a refund was a pain yes, but I understand if it’s their policy. What I don’t understand is how the manager was that rude to a customer that her staff made wait an hour in total for the food they paid for and the order they messed up TWICE. After having an order messed up twice, waiting an hour for my food, and dealing with the nastiest manager I can wholeheartedly say I will not ever be giving this location business again. Dear owners, please know Audrey is making yall look AWFUL and clearly cannot run a store efficiently. She is embarrassing you.
