If I could rate 0 stars I would. This McDonald’s constantly has my order wrong. They don’t know how to answer there speaker within the reasonable amount of time absolutely ridiculous. I went up there ordered two sausages egg and cheese McMuffin. I got sent home two McGriddles. Literally two completely different items. Dumbest McDonalds ever please get better employees

Hi, I like to eat at McDonald’s because it is What I like to eat but it is not go for you but here is what I like to eat from here: Chicken Nuggets, French Fry’s, Drink: Sprite or Fanta, also if I don’t want a dink I usually Get like an Oreo McFlurry from this Location, I absolutely love the food, Service is a little slow sometimes but it can be fast sometimes also, but I give this Location 5 Starts and also the bathrooms are very nice too, but anyways everything at this location is Amazing the people at McDonald’s are very nice to others and also I really love, the App, and when you go inside you just order on the little key-oss there, I love the Breakfast food, My fav Breakfast sandwich is The sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle The Best Sandwich ever had in my hole life!

Pretty slow. I ordered at the robot. I stood there for 9 minutes waiting for my order and then an employee asked if they could help me. I showed her my receipt and she said they didn’t have the order. She took my receipt and made the order off of that. Overall it’s pretty slow I assume it would have been quicker if I went through drive-thru.

I’m so upset with how things went this morning. I ordered breakfast before it ended like 10-15 minutes before it ended and when my boyfriend came in 2 minutes after it ended they canceled my order and then told me that him I would get a refund in 24 hours if not more. I don’t don’t know why they couldnt have made my order before their breakfast ended. I don’t know why they can’t answer their phones. They won’t do anything to fix this just ignored my boyfriend completely after they told him they refused it. I’m angry and hungry. I go in there regularly and was upset about how they handled this. I have now called over 20 times and no one is answering

Terrible service. Showed up at 5:15 am on 12/31/2025 and no one took my order. After I tried ordering at the window no one was there. I went to the second window and still they refused to take my order. Not sure why this happened. They just ignored me and closed the window on me. I’m still being ignored as I’m writing this.

I go everyday with my special needs child b/c hes loves fries and he is really into the Monoply game right now so i make sure to buy the meals in larges to specifically get all the stickers and on more then one occasion they have not given them and I had to go back and they said we are so sorry the boxes got mixed up well today i just left the drive through after being YELLED at and my special needs child made fun up b/c she was not giving out boxes or cups with the stickers on them “per her managers instructions” b/c they have no more?? after i said well then i would just like a refund she walked back to the back another lady came back with ALL the boxes and cups with stickers. this is so wrong and a scam this game goes on untill November and some poeple like my Special needs son is VERY into the game and its costly. DO NOT GO THERE . ALSO THEIR PRICES SRE HIGHER THEN ANY OTHER MCDONALDS IN INDEPENDENCE

Very disappointed to get soggy cooked twice fries and obviously cookies that were thrown back into the oven instead of making new. Not to mention the many times I called about a messed up order and was constantly hung up on by management with no avail at getting my missing items. They just steal your money.
