Every time I come here to catch a movie, Chick-fil-A is my go to place for lunch. Today is Veterans day and they only offer 5% discount. I was a little disappointed on the discount that doesn’t covers the tax when this place is always packed and jammed.

These bad reviews are so wrong, I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the amazing service. Aiden, who was working the front counter, did an outstanding job. He’s young, but you’d never know it from how professional, friendly, and efficient he is. He greeted me with a smile, handled my order quickly, and made sure everything was just right. It’s great to see someone his age working so hard and doing such an excellent job. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have em’ on the team! If I could give a 10, I most definitely would.

Staff was rude, served the people in front of me then walked around until other customers came into the store. Then while I place my order the staff continued to interrupt me. The other staff next to him just stood stoned face refused to acknowledge me didn’t smile didn’t say hi, I felt so uncomfortable there. It’s a chain, so you know what to expect. That said, Chick-fil-A is more consistent than many other chains in quality food, clean restaurants, and excellent service. At this location I was pleased with all of the above.
I usually get waffle fries as the side but this time went for the Mac ‘n Cheese. It’s hot, creamy, cheesy and delicious. They go the extra mile to melt a bit of extra cheese on top before it’s served and it’s so good it’s almost out of place in a casual fast food stop!

Thank you for honoring teachers with a free sandwich. Not a lot of businesses give us free food to show they appreciate us. The service was fast, the fries were hot, and the sandwich was delicious. The store was super clean. No complaints here.

Stephanie and her team are so amazing! When it was determined at 3 PM on a Friday, that I had not placed the order for 120 sandwiches, she and her team went to work! In less than 30 minutes, they prepared all 120 sandwiches and made sure everything was ready right on time. Their dedication, efficiency, and willingness to go above and beyond truly saved the day. Thanks to their amazing teamwork and commitment, our group didn’t miss a beat and had their meals exactly when they needed them.

First time, a nice gentleman with a tablet took my order. I don’t go very often, so I don’t know the menu by heart.
▪︎They had two lanes going, then as curve around the building, there at two employees bring your food to you.
▪︎I had never set anything like this set up before. It seemed to work, especially for the volume that seems to go through this location.
▪︎I was not thrilled with the size of the chicken tenders. (They were the size of a nickel). It was more like mini popcorn chicken. Beware the size is not much.

Food was great but the service was sub par from what I know Chick-fil-A for. Two of the guys taking orders in the drive through didn’t seem to care for their job and were pulling people in the back and taking their orders and sending them around while the rest of us were stuck waiting in line. Will not be back to this location.
