I don’t know why I would expect a McDonald’s employee to have any ambition or empathy toward someone wanting McDonalds breakfast but I did & they were as they normally are. LAZY. I placed an online order before 10:30, yeah it was cutting it close on time but hey that’s besides the point. If I can order the meal & pay for it then you best be able to serve it to me. IMO. Well I get to this fine establishment & the wonderful women gets on the microphone to tell me “ we no have more breakfast but I can take your order. “ I responded with “ok” & left. I honestly should have said “you have my order.” I’m rather upset in the fact 1.) I was able to place the order 2.) I drive to this place anticipating this magnificent meal just to be told no. 3. It’s not just the no it’s principle. They could have went & made my meal but chose not to because they were LAZY. Super unfortunate but I did expect much more. I wish people actually enjoyed their lives but they actually just hate their lives & want others to be as sorry as them but I won’t be that way. I’ll bicker here online in hopes cooperate will do something about it but we all know they never will. Thanks for reading my wonderful review.

Ordered thru drive thru got a number 9 and a number 4 original. Before I left made sure everything was right as I do at all fast food places my chicken sandwich had no mayo so I went back in because who orders chicken on bread. The guy from the pick up window was walking out I asked him if it was supposed to have mayo on it he said yes it is and proceeded to look. I don’t know if it was the manager or not but she cut in and kept talking over me so I snatched my sandwich back from her cuz at this point 2 ppls fingers had been on my sandwich and I couldn’t get 2 words in I know she was missing a couple of her teeth she looked like she had no hygiene. I proceeded to walk out after and she tells me that I’m not allowed to come back because I’m so rude. I said to her watch me cuz at this point I’m really upset. She threatens to call the cops having to have the last word this lady should be fired immediately from here as she is the one being super rude putting her disgusting fingers on my sandwich that I have to eat. Also food was super cold like it was cooked an hour b4 ordering. Will never spend my money here again!!!!

MCDonald’s stop on a long road trip. Clean restaurant. Lots of parking. Food was as anticipated. Fairly easy to get on and off interstate. Special orders did not phase the counter staff and kitchen provided what we asked for. Staff was quick to address needs. Restrooms were stocked and clean. I would stop again.

Pretty sure they took my last review down went and ordered a #9 meal and a #4 meal we get the food and it’s cold the number for chicken sandwich was supposed to have mayo on it and it didn’t so I go in to ask about why there’s no mayo the first guy I talk to said there was supposed to be mayo on it then I’m assuming the shift lead (I’d hope she isn’t a manager) cuts into the conversation and tells me I have to order a different meal to get mayo on it. At this point 2 ppl fingers have been on my sandwich so I snatched the sandwich from her because they were not going to do anything. I ended up throwing this sandwich away because the lady looked all sweaty and was spitting while she talked as she’s missing some of her top front teeth also who wants to eat chicken on bread. This lady’s hygienic was horrible. As I’m walking out she says I am not welcome back at her store because I’m so rude I told her watch me. She then says she would call the police. This lady didn’t even let me talk she seemed like she just wanted to hear herself and didn’t want to redo my sandwich like she was just being lazy stood at counter waiting to talk to some one at the start for like 5 min. Got an email from mcdonalds customer support on my last review on this situation I did not respond to it due to me never wanting to go back. This store is extremely disgusting and would recommend a different place all together. After this I will never eat mcdonalds again. Not spending my hard earned money at any location period. Will go to burger king next time I want a quick meal.

Came in after work, bought some lunch needed to use the restroom. The bathroom stall was locked and nobody was in there, the store was not very busy. And I asked one of the women behind the counter, if it could be unlocked.
She told me she’s busy and there’s nothing she can do. Unless I crawl under there and unlock it myself from the backside right, she said she is the manager and her name is karen. Absolutely pathetic
I don’t know how you employ people like this. No wonder this McDonald’s is worse than the rest. I recommend to go to any other location

Worst service I’ve had. Ordered online through the app, pulled into my spot, 20 minutes go by no food, no drinks. Print arriving after me got there orders before me. I go inside and get told they are waiting in fresh tea. So now I have cold food because they were waiting on tea. Nothing for the inconvenience.

Terrible service terrible ppl who work there i ordered food they messed up by not reading the ticket right afterwords they said that I didnt order the part of order that was not received not a single time the manager looked at the ticket however I was told I dint get that part of order. On the receipt it clearly said that the order was there. They are stealing money from ppl by a lot

We were on a road trip from Utah to Ohio, approx 15 hours drive, passing thru MO.

Carly was exceptionally nice and helpful. She went the extra mile to assist me with my wrong mobile app pickup order.

She rang in my order without having me pay again or drive 15 minutes to the other McDonald’s to pick up my mobile app order.

Usually, the other McDonald’s staff will quote, ” we don’t deal with the app,” and shut you off.

Carly, on the other hand, tried to figure out if the location could be changed on my app. Perhaps McDonald’s should have some flexibility on the options; “change location or cancel order”

Most importantly, she smiled as she does it.

The place is also very clean. Food was good too

Wouldn’t even give one star but had to. Two ladies working one told us we have to use the screen because they were too busy. I said we wanted to pay cash just ignored us. Waited a few minutes then I asked again was told no it just takes card and continued ignoring us. We walked out finally to notice that they only had a couple cars in the drive thru. Just put a note in the door that you don’t take cash.
