In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Went through for a late dinner and ordered what I always order. A #2 no cheese with a large sprite, a #3 no pickle or onion with a large sweet tea, and a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. Tonight the food was barely warm, the #2 had extra cheese on it, and I got an UNSWEET tea. Only thing they got right was my sons happy meal.

You guys have an employee who is ridiculously rude. Didn’t get her name, she has blonde hair, glasses, probably in her mid 20’s. She copped a major attitude with my husband for absolutely no reason. The food was cold, had to ask for a drink cup (another thing she copped an attitude about) and to top it all off, they yelled thru the dining area that cash customers had to give exact change because they were out of singles. This place is a joke and so are the employees. A word of advice to little miss attitude: if you hate your job so much, then quit, or learn to leave that nasty attitude at the door.

Serving ice cold fries and raw meat. Eat here at your own risk. Management was rude didn’t care about the raw meat didn’t care about anything. Refused to refund the meal. Will never be back to this location if any.

Ordered food less than an hour after lunch started being served. Fries were cold and soggy, buns were stale. Onions were requested to be taken off the food and were obviously scraped off because many were left on. For the price you would at least assume the food would be hot when served.

It took me almost 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and get my food. The fries were not fresh. When I first got in the line, the car at the ordering kiosk sat there for 7-10 minutes before moving forward. At one point, while I was sitting in the drive thru line 2 of the workers left the building like they were going out for a smoke break. They seemed surprised when they saw the line, but continued out in the parking lot. They took about 5 minutes before going back in. By the time I finally got around to get my food, they were back in the building serving people. Even after all the wait, I was asked to pull forward and wait longer for my food.

Consistently the poorest quality food and service. Don’t use the drive thru. If you do, sit at the window and take every item out. When they forget something, and they will, they’ll act like you’re inconveniencing their shift asking for what you paid for. There are too many other options to waste your $ here.

Asked for our cups after we got our food guy looked at us like we are stupid. Wife went beck up to get ranch for nuggets had someone else’s order just tossed at her. Then when asking for the ranch one of the girls pulls a little thing behind the counter out a little looks at it and looks at my wife like like she is stupid for not getting it herself. Finally gives my wife the ranch by tossing it on counter. The place was not that busy. They don’t care and nor do the managers. This was the worst experience at a McDonald’s I have ever had.
