I love this place. Food is amazing, especially their carnitas burrito. I would recommend calling in your order ahead of time as it’s become pretty busy around lunch time. Having eaten at every Mexican restaurant in the Stillwater/Woodbury area, this is my number one spot. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been on the hunt for GOOD birria tacos in MN for the LONGEST time and we never thought we’d find them at a tiny food truck parked next to a gas station but let me tell you, WE DID!! The quesabirria tacos were AMAZING. Packed with tender beef, melted cheese oozing out, the crisp and perfectly fried outer shell, pops of flavor with the onion, cilantro and lime and the consume for dipping was jam packed with all the best flavors and spices that a good consume is supposed to have. If you have time to stop here, do it. We’ll be back, for sure!!
