Pulled up at the drive thru and waited to order. I said “hello” several times while two other cars ordered and pulled forward in the other lane after I got there. Finally, someone asked for my order. I told them I wanted the McDouble value meal, but wanted to upsize to a medium fry and medium drink. The employee told me they could do the drink, but it was against policy to upsize the fry. I explained to her, politely, that I’ve done it several times at this location, as well as at others. She persisted and tried to charge me more than what I know the meal is supposed to be. I, again, politely explained the price of what it should be. The manager came on and said it was not possible to upsize the fry, which I know to be untrue because I’ve done it time and time again. I decide to leave without ordering. I get on the mobile app and you CAN indeed order what I was trying to order for the price I’ve paid previously. I tried calling SEVERAL times to let them know it’s possible for future customers, but the phone was left unanswered. Extremely disappointed!

Every time i come here they mess up the order i get. I dont know how in the world you mess up a 2 item order. Its gotten to the point where i have to go to minors mcdonalds just to get the correct food i ordered. I say one time is okay but its every time and it has been happening for a while now. Please just double check the bag before you give it to the customer. It would prevent alot of this. Reviews shouldnt have to help you manage a store. The basic principle is getting the food you ordered.

They never make the food right and when you have an issue they act like no one works here and ignores you until you wait so long you have to yell to get someone’s attention. No one is friendly. Definitely need a lot more training on everyone in this place!! Food is always cold and always have to wait way to long for anything!

Whoever owns this location needs to either sell it or replace the staff. Noone is going to keep going here to sit in the drive thru for over half an hour- I was there 20 minutes before getting to the speaker- another 10 waiting for someone to say ANYTHING for me to give my mobile order code, another 15 to get to the window and in that time employees were going in and out, talking to friends outside, just immaturity at its “finest”. How corporate has even let you keep this franchise open is outrageous.

To preface, I used to work in fast food so I 100% understand how much it sucks to be there this early in the morning. But I just got a relatively small breakfast (McGriddle, hashbrown, sprite.)- pulled through to get my food and the lady barely even looked at me before handing my drink and bag toward me- stuck in conversation with someone else in the kitchen. I usually wouldn’t care because again- former food service. I open the bag and my sandwich isn’t even wrapped all the way, and my hashbrown got thrown in the bottom and squished.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If you going to the lobby you’re expecting to wait at least 30 minutes for your food that’s after waiting 10 minutes at least to have you order taken. Would not recommend coming here don’t waste your time keep driving until the next one.

I got my sausage egg and cheese biscuit back to my hotel. I wondered why it was chewy and had onions. That’s because it was a steak egg and cheese biscuit. I was literally the only person in the lobby at 5:10 am, and they couldn’t get it right.

Got in the drivethru at 10:30pm. 4 cars were already in line at the windows. Everything says that they stay open until 11pm. The intercom says it’s automated “do you have an online order”. I say no. I wait 6 minutes before i start asking for help. No answer. I move to the other intercom. Same thing. I go ahead and place an online order. I go ahead and pull to the first window. Again, no answer. I wait for the last car to get their food and drive off. I pull to the main window. Again, no answer. I wait several more minutes and finally I see one of the workers peeking around the corner at me trying to hide. It is now 10:55 and I am about to lose it. Someone finally comes to take the teas out. I begin yelling that I have an online order. She says, “we’re closed”. I ask about my order. She says, “ you’ll get your money back.” I will NEVER go back.

We waited 25 minutes while it was not busy for 2 large fries, a happy meal, and a 10 piece nugget. We had 4 out of 6 from the happy meal and her extra fries weren’t there either. The nuggets were lukewarm at best and we watched them stand at the line on there phones
