Listen i know ordering mcdonalds at 3:30 am isn’t the brightest idea but why did you have to punch my sandwiches. Im working an overnight and having just as bad of a time as they are. Simple order three double cheeseburgers with no mustard or onion. Received two near burned patties with pickles hidden in the cheese holding them together. Step up your game we are in Missouri not Oklahoma. (The ketchup is from a sauce packet we had at work)

On Friday the 31st of October I tried to order my food online as I always due from the app and I had problems doing that at 7:20 PM so I went into the restaurant itself and I stand there for about 5 minutes which can be seen on camera just watching a manager on his cell phone and never acknowledged me. when the young lady came to me to help me I told her what my problem was and she couldn’t help so she got that same manager whose name is Aaron. I asked him if I could speak with a manager and he said he was a manager and I told him It was rude to have me just waiting and he said okay. I said is that all you have to say he said do you want to order something. I’ve never been treated so bad in my life.

Just wanted to tell everyone who worked last night great job. I work fast food and I think people should do reviews for jobs well done. So i thought I would share my experiment with everyone. This is the first mcdonalds that I got fresh food from. I get off of work at 12 so everything is closed so I thought I would stop by and get something for me and my daughter we are both happy to get great food from. It was delicious. I hope you guys keep up the great work. We will be back for sure.

I’ve given this McDonald’s so many chances, but the workers here just don’t care. As a minimum wage retail worker, I can empathize with dealing with the public and having rough days, but the workers are constantly not doing their job. Curbside wait times are always over 10 minutes, and workers are always socializing, and the food quality is never consistent.

waited 12 minutes in the drive through for the staff refused to take our order during hours of operation. 11/09/25. 3:21 am. why change your hours to stay open later if you don’t want the business. fire those lazy employees. if I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered on mobile app 15 minutes ahead of time. Could not provide the 3 drinks ordered. Are not issuing refund for drinks. Was told to pull around in drive-thru, but they had so many cars pulled around already there was nowhere to go. Still waited another 15 minutes.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese NO ONION. THEY SIMPLY JUST GRABBED ONE AND SLAPPED A STICKER ON IT. That does not make it no onion because a sticker is on it and my fries were cold. Now due to my allergy to onions and no ti.e to go back and complain I have no lunch.

I went through the drive-through and waited in a line wrapped around the building for about 15 minutes. Eventually, an employee came out carrying a dozen bags and had each car sort through them to find their own order. After leaving, I realized I was given the wrong sandwich. I went back inside, waited again for someone to come to the counter, and when I explained the issue, they took the incorrect sandwich and put it back under the warmer before handing me the correct one without a word or an apology. I was shocked by the poor food handling and complete lack of customer service.
