I was just in the drive thru on Hwy K&N. I asked for a McChicken Meal. I did not receive a receipt. I came home to a mccrispy sandwich. Why are my orders so often wrong, no matter the location? You need to retrain your employees.

We placed a mobile order for a late lunch. We sat in the car for over 10 minutes before heading inside only to find that the staff had not finished putting the order together. We had to wait even longer because they didn’t have enough fries ready to fill our order.

This is by far the worst service and food that I’ve ever received from McDonald’s in 36 years of eating at McDonald’s. The order was wrong and then when I gave it to the person running the window and explain my position, they told me to pull around and I sat there and waited for a reasonable amount of time only to receive the wrong order a second time. The problem is I get it nobody wants to work blah blah blah cove with this COVID that nobody wants to take accountability is what the problem is it’s pretty simple to take an order and punch it into a computer but apparently the guy on his iPhone taking orders was too busy on tinder or Facebook to get it correct.

The usual for McDonalds. They were having everyone pull around to the other side to wait. The person who came out was holding 2 or 3 orders, and I had to grab my bag and wriggle it out of the person’s arms while they tried to keep a hold of the other orders. My order was almost correct. They just forgot all the sauces.

Absolute worst place ever. Workers are rude and get things wrong so often and LIE all the time. Came here and ordered a frappe with some points i had and they told me i could get a refund because their machine was down but after i explained i got it with points suddenly they could make it? Also i come here all the time with my beagle puppies and get pup cups but last time i came for one this rude man said they dont do that with so much attitude AND they forgot to give me my coffee that same day. Another instance is when i was ordering inside and this worker was on her phone for 15 minutes before she even asked me “what i wanted” (i was in there for getting the wrong order) Ive made multiple complaints but never hear anything back but this place should be SHUT DOWN.
