Ofallon MO location. Chick at window was way too busy chit chatting with coworker to properly do her job. Poor customer service. She dropped my change onto the concrete (drive thru) and made no effort to give me proper change.

I see poor customer service still #1 at this location from reviews. Maybe hire responsible adults instead of irresponsible young would be a start.

Editing previous review – I really don’t like to leave negative reviews but when the same error keeps repeating, it’s time to address it. I am at this location a couple times a week. It’s conveniently located near home and school. Apparently, I am the only customer in St. Charles County who drinks coffee all day. The last 3 times I have ordered coffee it is either lukewarm or even cold. The first time I informed a worker that it was cold. He complained, yes complained, that it would take another 5 minutes to make fresh. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I said no, thanks and left. I attempted to order a coffee just last Friday, but the order taker rushed through the ordering, gave a total and cleared the screen before I had a chance to look (I was looking at flavored coffees, which I don’t normally drink so I didn’t know what choices were there.) Then today, I stopped in again for drinks for my family, and ordered a coffee, headed back out. Coffee was lukewarm. So I guess the answer is I won’t be going back to this location, and if you’re looking for an afternoon coffee, this isn’t where you’ll find it.

Went through drive thru. .My code for a buy one get one sunde timed out while waiting for someone to trake an order. The girl said nothing they would do, but the manager did help. When I got my sunde, the lid wasn’t on, and it made a big mess.

This McDonald’s is heat. My food is always hot and my ice creams always cold. The lobby is awesome and always clean. In the morning the welcome me like it’s a bed and breakfast. Gordon is the most amazing manager going out of his way to not be the Peter principle type of person. If you’re trying to get cheap and amazing food this is the spot to go too.

Store manager Bree is always very rude and nasty. Requesting well done fries is apparently nerve wrecking for her. The order was wrong and she made a falsified attempt to fix it and tried to lie about it. I caught her in her lie and she became mad. I’ve had enough of her. I will probably never return to this location to avoid that coward and a case, she’s not worth it. Hopefully the owners will allow her to become someone else’s bad apple and release her from her duties. Companies need to really take these reviews and complaints serious to avoid a liability.

We love McDonalds. Most of the time the food is warm. The don’t seem to fill their French Fries bag completely. That is our main complaint. They get the order correct 95% of the time.

Breakfast burritos were recycled, old and over-microwaved…wrapper was melted into the flour tortilla…beyond edible. Manager working drive through was very rude…after I placed my order the screen flashed the wrong order. She gave me my total and told me to pull ahead. I informed her that my order is wrong. She snapped back at me through the speaker saying the order on the screen is for a mobile order (in an intolerant tone). When I opened my pack of cookies they were smashed into about a dozen pieces…I’m assuming she smashed them to put me in my place. Never coming back!!!
