For context- I arrived at this mcdonalds at 6:30pm on a Sunday. I ordered a fairly complicated order. 3 burgers- all special accommodations, a shake, 2 fries, and a 20 pc nugget. Everything was there down to the sauces and napkins, everything was HOT, and everything was packaged so perfectly down to individual nuggets! Im so impressed. The only reason im giving 4 stars is because ive been to this location many times before and its usually middle of the road as far as order accuracy and food quality. Whoever was working 1/4/26 evening needs a raise.

I don’t usually write google reviews, but since nothing seems to change with the receipt reviews: this McDonalds location used to be the good one compared to the ones on Zumbehl and Truman, but it is going to crap with quality. I just had to peel off about half of my bun because it was as hard as a crouton. Husband has had undercooked fries, in fact we’ve had 3 ORDERS of undercooked fries before, and it seems like other people are experiencing the same poor quality. Just do better, management, hold your people to a standard. And yourself cause this is just disgusting.

Bought a fish filet meal and couldn’t wait! From paying window to pick up food (2 cars ahead of me) I waited a good 10-15 mins. Got my meal and had to try the fries before pulling away, fries were barely warm. I got home opened sandwich and fish filet didn’t have any tartar sauce on it and only a tiny piece of cheese. So disappointed!!!

The amount of undercooked fries I get btw I ordered a large fry. This is absolutely disgusting and insane. McDonald’s is starting to get pathetic all these teens who don’t want to work.

Had a craving for a McDonald’s double Cheeseburger and Fries should have stayed home & had a PBJ. There wasn’t enough burger for it being a double. And if you are gonna serve paper thin burgers, at least make them fresh.

I come her almost everyday on my way to work and I usually don’t have a problem but on Sunday 7/14/25 they gave me old food at 9:30am. Why would you be disrespectful like that. Don’t give customers prepped food that’s been under heat lamps so long it’s petrified.

This store is beyond gross. Stopped here today bc I was in the area and will make sure to never make that mistake again. I did an online order to pick up inside. Walk in no workers in sight except the one sleeping at the table. No one ever came out except to say “you got an online” I’d assume manager (Grey button up) we found the cleanest spot we could.
I can’t believe the way the store looked, trash can packed, tables covered. I understand lunch rush, but you clean what customers can see first. Ridiculous, bad management.

I go back-and-forth on this McDonald’s so much. It’s nearby so we eat at it a couple times a month. Sometimes those experiences are great. The food is fresh, hot, everything that you would want from a McDonald’s dining experience.
Then there are times like today! When the food is freezing cold, you get four large drinks and you don’t get handed to drink carrier even
after asking, they’re out of all their McDonald’s monopoly pieces, they don’t give you any straws for your drinks, etc.

Service was fast but not friendly… food was trash…chicken nuggets was hard and looked old or recooked… bun was hard or over toasted not soft… fries was undercooked or hard maybe mix with another batch… just all around horrible
