This is the worst McDonald’s ever.Don’t Recommend comming here. I went through the drive through to get some breakfast. And after they asked what my order was I told them, and then I sat there in silence for over 2 minutes. I decided to pull up to the window so I can place my order there. And then she informs me that the drive through is broken. So that was a completely waste of time for my busy morning. Because who has time to talk to a robot and just sit there, wondering if they were going to get their breakfast or not. I told her that there should be some kind of a sign or something saying that the drive through is not working. She said there was the wind must have blew it off, Butn I can come inside and place my order. I come inside and I realize that this is no better. The Kiosk, where you can place your order? NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING! So you have to wait in line just like a normal person back in the 90s to try and get your food. Except this isn’t the 90s, and people are more disgruntled than ever. There are 7 people in front of me waiting for their food looking as hungry disgruntled as I am. And as far as their staff, they are running around the back like a chicken with their mc nuggets cut off and you can hear literally all of the beepers from all of the food timer things going off at the same time. Like living in the Twilight Zone. I decided to go to the gas station trying to get some breakfast next door since they have a Subway connected to a convenience mart. I just got to this state and this is a terrible first impression. I don’t recommend anywhere near this neighborhood. I really feel like this is just plain “THE WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS.

Today was my last visit
I placed mobile order literally from the parking lot
There were 3 people in the drive through line.I sat there for thirty four minutes
10 of those were spent sitting at the speaker
When I finally got to the window , I asked if I could get a cup of water
There was nobody behind me
They asked me to pull forward probably.So I could wait another half hour for a cup of water
I cannot begin to describe how rude most of the employees are
There’s a couple of younger people that work drive through that are polite, and they have a pretty good crew in the morning, most of the time, but in general, you wouldn’t even want to look at these people.They’re so rude
Go to any other mcdonald’s
Go out of your way not to eat at this mcdonald’s
There’s one mcdonald’s worse in the general area , but that’s it

The location doesn’t sync online take our orders with the with same numbers on the billing recipt. The staff acts clueless to this issue, and are completely rude and unhelpful. The masked lady acted like she couldn’t be bothered with my order which had already been paid for online. It took me about 5 minutes before she would even look at my order recipt. I’ve never been treated so embarrassingly awkward by a McDonald’s crewmember. She shouldn’t be working anywhere near a public setting.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s. I have ever gone to my husband and I ordered our food. Everything was absolutely cold. One of my cheeseburgers was so old. The meat was hard. I asked for fries with no salt. I would think waiting for 10 minutes for my food. I would have hot fries and hot food. Everything was cold and the worker at the window was extremely rude. Pushed and snatched the bag from me. When the first order fries, I said was cold. He snatched them and still gave me a bag of cold fries. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I’m still trying to find out who runs that McDonald’s because not only do I want a refund, I will never, ever. That was my first and last time ever. Ever going there. I see why they don’t answer their phone.

This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. It took me making 3 different orders just to some of the food I ordered. Ask for a refund and the manager told me that it would take more time to refund my than than just than correcting our sandwiches. They didn’t make new ones. They were cold and not the right condiments after repeating my order several times. It never was fixed right and refused to refund my money. Do t recommend anyone going here ever.

This was the worst experience ever. To have someone who is considered a “manager” quarrel with a customer is downright unacceptable and appalling. Completely rude and disrespectful from the moment you arrive to place your order since you are forced to face her because the kiosks are all out of order. To her going to a table to literally snatch the sauces off the table because she ignored the customers request after none were placed in his bag. The other employee swore she put them in there but there were absolutely none, so instead of being a “manager” Bonquisha persist to pushing customers and being rude. Apparently, this is the daily and people were spectating as if it were normal. This is unacceptable, i get where we are, but have some level of decorum especially if you’re going to take on the role of “manager”. They seriously need to clean house, better yet, for McDonald’s the BRAND to allow a franchise to be run this way is scary to think about and should really be looked into. Those are not employees, those are liabilities had that escalated any further.

Food is alright, buns were really stale. The employees are incredibly rude and poor mannered. I will always respond with kindness as i did today. Hope the managers actually care about how their employees are to their customers, and that they are professional.
