Had a mobile order and they “didn’t have anyone to prepare the food” as we pulled up. I can understand that – but why not close orders and turn off the lights for the night? When I asked if I would get a refund – a rude lady informed me that “I would have to take care of that on my end” even though there is NO way of doing so in the app (which advises you to contact the restaurant)

The food was great!! The rating will reflect the experience. Ordering was as expected, but after paying at the first window ans going to the second window I just did NOT enjoy the experience. The young lady was rudeand argumentative. My order of a 10 piece meal was missing, I explained she went to ask someone and then came back with more attitude and asked me to pull up to the third window. My food was brought out by another person, I asked for mgnmt and they came, and Apologized. This worker had an argument with another customer before me and this was a total downgrade experience please be aware of new staff if you decide to patronize this location.

Busy! Busy busy busy! Yet the staff do an amazing job. I’ve been so grumpy after 4 or 5 hours of nonstop every second GOGOGO but the staff here is great.

The workers here were horrible. We went in the drive through and they had a really bad attitude, and I mean, I get if they were stressed because of a rush, but there’s no reason to take it out on people who aren’t doing anything to them. We just asked for extra sauce and the lady on the window was giving the worse attitude ever. We were okay with paying if needed but the way that she was acting was unnecessary. Not only that, but when we were paying the other lady was also having attitude, tbh it was a really bad experience, and I know that they went care, but we are for sure to coming here again.

The young lady who took my order via the drive thru was VERY rude. When I asked her to confirm my order, she yelled, “I heard you the first time, and you keep repeating it.” I simply asked her to confirm the “2 for $1” promotion, but she felt the desire to scream at me as if I were a child. I reported it to a manager who said she would remove the young lady from taking drive thru orders. These youngsters have NO clue what respectful customer service is!

I went through the drive through ask for ice cream and ask why they didn’t have any. They ignored me then when confronted Elsa. Manager. She said I said f$&@ on the speaker which was a lie. I would love for the owner to consider this. I have a friend who has several McDonald’s. She said you would like to know. I also worked at McDonald’s when I was 16. I would have been fired for first ignoring a customer then lying to the customer as Elsa did. Never met a manager like her.

This McDonalds was cool until today, and I’m not even a Karen. First of all, they gave me a single when I wanted a double jalapeño qpc. Then my fries were cold, and the workers had disgusting attitudes. Unless you want a ghetto, frustrating time, I’d steer clear of here.
